StrangeInStereo
Looks like a fun, straightforward list. Looks like there are 2 endings? 2 playthroughs seem mandatory regardless, since there's Nightmare mode, but reviews mention the game is a bit on the easy side and even if Nightmare mode is somehow significantly harder than Normal it can be done on NG+. Aesthetically this looks fantastic, and both reviews I've read are stellar. The game is cross-buy but apparently the Vita version is broken and unplayable right now. Doubt it'll get fixed by release but hopefully soon.
Jadez-Zangetsu
Absolutely hyped for this one, the game itself looks amazing. Metroidvania wise it looks pretty close to Symphony of the Night, from the HUD, the damage values, the mini map and more. All it needs now is the late 90's voice acting ?, and the package will be complete! Eh either way can't wait ?.

Pretty close to Symphony of the Night and Order of Ecclesia according to reviews, so these comparisons to Castlevania get me incredibly hyped. rdhight
Looks like a fun and beautiful game. Trophy list actually looks a little on the hard side to me. Just because a reviewer said it's easy after playing the main quest, that doesn't mean it's going to be easy to get all the collectibles, weapons, magic orbs, familiars, every room on the map, etc. etc. etc. Edited September 25, 2018 by rdhight
LordBilbanes
I just got this game, but there's no trophy list for it on my PS 4. Anyone here know why?
LordBilbanes
I am trying to get 1000% map completion but am having issues. The present and past are at 99%. I tried comparing it to what is supposed to be a complete map, but I can't tell if I am missing rooms. They look identical.

Maybe if i see your maps i can help you
LordBilbanes
I was able to print out copies of the completed maps. I was able to find the missing spots.
Popular Post Guardian_owl
You can play without having to worry about hitting a point of no return on trophies with a couple exceptions. You can fight the final boss in the present, beat him, make an ending selection, and watch the credits. Afterward you can press continue and you will spawn with the ending reward next to you, and the boss alive. So you can kill him again and see the other ending. This lured me into a false sense of security for the next step. You can optionally go for a different ending that requires reassembling the Time Travel device. Once you have done so you will be presented with 2 options, this is the exception I mentioned in the first sentence. I figured like at the final boss, you could go back to the time machine and trigger it again to play after completing an optional ending, but this is not the case. Picking 1 of the 2 options (both required for the plat) at the Time Machine locks you out of picking the other that playthrough. The area after that choice is fairly involved including an optional challenge dungeon that must be completed several times to get the plat. So after you get the easy endings and you have assembled the 3 Time Travel device pieces, scour the past and the present maps to 100%. Do any upgrades or crafting you would like, then make a back-up save before activating the Time Travel device in the Lab area (on the map it is a dot inside the room). Make your selection and then rush the alternate ending boss. Then reload your save, pick the other option at the time machine, and take your time filling out the map and completing the challenge dungeon enough times to get the last 2 familiars. This would be the save you will use for your nightmare mode NG+ playthrough. If you don't save scum, you will have to acquire the 3 time travel pieces again in your Nightmare Mode playthrough instead of only having to complete an easy ending. Silent Archaeologist can also be missable as orbs you collect in NG won't reappear again in NG+. Orbs are weapons and will appear on pedestals held with 3 rotating rings. You have to stop time with when all 3 rings are vertical. You'll know it has happened because the 3 rings will change color. Do not smash it with an orb attack, if you did it accidentally, but did not collect the orb, you can back out of and re-enter the room and the pedestal will reform. An early ring you get is the Scythe Ring which causes your orbs to do damage to anything it touches. Make sure not to be wearing this ring when attempting this as it will destroy the pedestal. Once all 3 rings are vertical, jump to grab the orb. For Battle Savant trophy, the one where you can't stop time or take damage while killing a boss is really easy vs. The Maw if you use plasma orbs.
