palmersib
From the looks of things it looks like Telltale's TWD The Final Season will be saved, it looks as though Skybound Games have struck up a deal with Telltale & other partners to finish the game.

SlimSanta94
Don't get me wrong i'm happy that there's actually going to be closure and an actual conclusion to this game.. But I honestly can't support a company that forced their staff to work 80 hour weeks, treated them like crap and then let them go without severance pay.. I'll just watch the conclusion on Youtube, Telltale isn't getting another penny out of me.

At this point you’re not even paying Telltale, seeing as they pretty much gave up the rights to Skybound. it’s more like screwing the SkyBound and the team they’re trying to bring back to finish it. Also a lot of game studios have employees work overtime like that, that’s game development in general. DrBloodmoney
I hope every damn penny of profit from this goes to paying severance to the ex-telltale employees, and not to any of the so-called ‘management’ team, who, hopefully, will be sued into the ground for violating the WARN act.
Leo_the_Lion25
Basically, the creator of The Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman saved TWD: The Final Season. I'm so glad he stepped in and I have a feeling there's a future for the developers to stay there and do more games.
