Clothing destruction is minimal from what I've seen, the jiggle physics slider has been completely removed and the amount of jiggle is limited, plus the number of sexy outfits is very low even if you factor in the pre-order bonus ones. PAL regions: Decapitations and Dismemberment in MP have been removed. Japan: Overall gore levels have been drastically reduced, one of Ellie's cutscenes was reworked to hide a particularly gruesome dismemberment, plus all of the above changes are present.
