Today, Red Dead Redemption II is up to 39k recent players and that’s the highest I’ve ever saw it at. So what I’m wondering is what was the highest number of players you saw on a game? Lorajet Posted November 1, 2018 Share Posted November 1, 2018 It is hard to say if it is the most popular game. If you pay full price for a game, you are definitely going to play it. The true test is to see (on any game with hype) what the numbers are a month from now and if the interest is still there before the next hyped game. The only likely game that may have beaten this was the original CoD Black Ops but that was before the site existed.
