Dressed for Success won't unlock

As title says, Dressed for success won't unlock. 

 

On my initial normal playthrough, I didn't unlock all the outfits. No problem. So, I unlocked the rest on a NG+ playthrough on easy. Still nothing.

 

Then, I decided to do a new playthrough, only to find out I had everything unlocked already. Still nothing.

 

So I deleted my save data, started all over again, and just got all of the outfits. STILL NOTHING.

 

I don't know what else to do. The only conclusion I can come to is that this goddamn trophy is glitched and I have no idea how to get around it. 

 

Anyone else have this problem? Is there any way to fix this?

Have you done the 150 kills with Colossus, Nick Fury and Silver Surfer? They all don't have a comic mission, so it's easy to forget them, especially Colossus who really does nothing on the game except be a character in the selection screen.

On my NG+ playthrough, yes. I got all the outfits for all the DLC characters, Nick Fury, and the Silver Surfer. Still nothing.
