Final Story Missions per Chapter

Has it been documented anywhere what and where each of the final missions are for each chapter? Kind of a point of no return for each chapter so that I don't do them if I'm not ready to move on for the chapter. 

 

I just want to be sure before the Guarma stuff until it is all 100% figured out by the awesome trophy guides teams on what is needed in a missable area. Same thing with moving on from other chapters before doing all the optional missions and stuff. I can do other things in the meantime while the experts work. ?

Chapter 1 - "Eastward Bound"

Chapter 2 - "A Strange Kindness"

Chapter 3 - "The Battle of Shady Belle"

Chapter 4 - "Banking, the Old American Art"

Chapter 5 - "That's Murfree Country"

Chapter 6 - "Red Dead Redemption"

 

There is no trophy for completing part one of the Epilogue, but two trophies in part two, and the final mission of the Epilogue is "American Venom"

Might be a dumb question, but do we know who the quest giver is? That's the only way to tell right? That is all that is on the map I think.

What I did was to see the amount of missions in each chapter and then count how many I've done/yet to come.

 

In example, chapter 5 had 9 story missions so I knew that on my 9th I would continue to chapter 6.

Does the game tell you which are story and which are side though? I know in Chapter 2 at least there are 18 missions, but some are missable according to some of the earlier guides. For example, Money Lending and Other Sins shows up there, and from what I understand that one is missable.

You can see the title of the mission on the map, you know.
