As shown in the opening post, even if someone still doesn't have a teammate yet, they still have priority towards automatically getting past the first round if they sign up first, regardless of when their teammate does. If nothing changes: @shadowhood1111 and @willythom88 will be on a team. @VASORAT13 and @MiseryMystery will be on a team. @midgetstrawdog will take on everyone solo.
