RNG Games

Knack - the "Crystal Relic Master" trophy is some rough RNG, relying on the crystals dropping from the chests.

Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories - The "Card Master Sora" trophy is RNG as well, since you have to collect card types dropped from enemies.

Currently playing Stellaris, and it's highly RNG dependent: spawn point, events, anomalies, creatures, fallen empires,... You'll need multiple playthroughs with no guarantee to meet the requirements for some of the most elusive trophies, and even if you can tweak the galaxy you'll be playing in a little bit at the start of a new game, you'll still need some luck to find everything (looking at you, Stellarite Devourer :)).

Final Fantasy 12

Chests that are needed for platinum 10% chance of showing up

Enemies that are needed for platinum 10% chance of showing up

QTE that is needed for platinum .01% of actually giving you the numbers you need to complete it.

Fuck the RNG in this game.

Paranautical Activity is another game with random generated levels, each run is different from previous runs.

Super Mutant Alien Assault is one more rng game where a single enemy can screw your run on Epic difficulty if you are not careful.

Part 2 of Rocketbirds 2: Evolution is entirely random generated.

CounterSpy is completely random generated, however 100% is unattainable now if you haven't earned "International Nemesis" before the servers were closed.

I made you a list of the most annoying ones I encountered :

Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy. One of the rarest trophies requires you to obtain Muramasa and MURAMASA, two weapons only available by using Gamble Codes on items of a specific level-range to turn them into something else. Save scumming at its best.

Operation Babel : New Tokyo Legacy. Same thing but while Muramasa becomes available for purchase at one point, you still need to use Gamble Codes to get the MURAMASA, and Gamble Codes are not that common in these games :)

Tales of Symphonia 2 : Need to get Marta's best weapon with a 5% drop rate from a boss located in the deepest part of a maze-like secret dungeon. You can only save every 3 or 4 floors and there's no way to save on the boss' floor. The weapon is needed for a skit which is needed to unlock the "watched all skits" trophy.

Sorcery Saga : Curse of the Great Curry God : the rarest trophy asks you to fill each info book entirely (700+ items, lots of random drops).

Mind=Zero : Collect "some" skill cards (191/200...). RNG Fiesta.
