they told me that they can't help with anything regarding shadow.net , so I hope the team responsible for shadow.net problems fix this issue

Well, I wasn't that engaged on this platinum anyway, but this is bad nonetheless. Doing this without warning the community is unacceptable and if they don't fix this for at least some period with a new announce date I won't buy Ubisoft's games anymore. I'll write them an e-mail telling they are about to lose a faithful client (played more than 10 Ubisoft's game lol). Won't do a thing but I'll feel good ?

Nope, I’m shocked at how bad the support has been for this game as this issue has been known for a while and they just keep giving us irrelevant answers. I know it’s an old game but if you are not going to support it then just take down the servers.

I just want to return to play this game and found out this bad news... That day was my casual player who didn't care about trophy at all...

 

I am safe for platinum or not? provide I have some of online trophy.

No, you don't have the Seven Day Duty Shift trophy for completing a weekly challenge, which is now unobtainable.

EDIT: Seems like someone already mentioned it before about SSL extension.

and found out my challenge is here online for some reason.

 

It did works on Xbox because they just BCed it so they have to make sure the game work properly before resell it again.

 

I think i should hide the game from time being until this is fixed.

 

EDIT 2: I have submit my case on support. let's hear what they are going to say now.

Shadownet still works on the xbox but the challenges do not appear and judging from these last earned achievement dates they haven’t since september.
