sepheroithisgod
I had some simple questions on this challenge since I keep failing. Can I pause the game and move markers during it? Can I fall of my horse? I feel like one of these has to be the issue because I am making the time according to my stopwatch. Rally-Vincent---
If this is riding from Van Horne to Blackwater, my guess is falling off the horse. The first time I tried I collided with some guy's horse and it didn't count. Pausing and moving the marker is allowed, I did this to plan my route. Maverick6146
Falling off horse is a definite NO. I failed earlier horseman challenges because of it.
Devil-Danna
You can stop the horse to shoot people bothering you for exemple (i was caught in an ambush and still got the challenge), as long as you stay on the horse it's okay. You can pause to put markers on the map. The challenge also says you can't touch water, so you have to make some detours to avoid the paths that make you cross rivers in the water. Starting from Van Horn you'll have to follow the train tracks to cross the kamasa river, then you'll have to go on the long railoroad bridge (bard's crossing) above the river between flatneck station and west elisabeth then go all the way through Strawberry and cross the bridge at Owanjila lake (the only way to avoid water). Then it's all dry path to blackwater.
sepheroithisgod
Thanks for the information. You are allowed to pause and set markers. It was falling off the horse that was the issue.
