I believe they're both NA and EU. I suspect they're both VR versions of the game. If you look into the game, the devs had interest in making a VR version of this game and I think this is the result. A New separate trophy list.

Not expecting an answer but here goes... how is the VR version? I read that they simplified it and cut some levels (source: https://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/topic/292441-estimated-time-to-platinum/. Scroll to the bottom and read Kyon's post). Added bonus of getting to use my Aim gun so I'd like to try it but at the same I'm hesitant because I didn't exactly enjoy the flat version when I platinumed it some years back.

The game made me instantly motion sick, the stick controls combined with small environments made my head spin, I'm glad that I ended up getting it for free from the developer for a limited time upgrade program, because I would have asked for a Health and safety based refund. 

I'm about average when it comes to motion sickness I think, I manages to Plat Iron Man VR no problem... but Chromagun... I can't emphasize how awful I felt, I didn't manage to get close to the ending.
