No pop on Never Go it Alone!

Any pointers on obtaining this trophy? I keep inviting everyone I can, but nothing. Even had someone help boosting me, going in and out of team but nothing. What is your experience?

This popped for me even without the person I invited actually joining my team. So I assumed that you could get it by approaching 20 players and inviting them regardless if they accept or not. I would always send one invite per person and move on to the next random player, so it may not be boostable with just 1 person.

 

I got the trophy before a major patch or two so that may also play a role in your issues.

I got mine by soley playing with my girlfriend. I think I only joined someone else's team twice and the trophy popped for me no problems, but again I got it before the first update.

Teaming up, quiting, then teaming up apparently doesn't work without server hopping in between. Most of mine where boosted with one person. We'd just team up briefly whenever we saw each other online. I joined a couple of randoms once or twice and sent an invite or two too. My trophy also popped just by sending an invite

Thanks. It finally got it just after inviting someone. So it's kinda glitchy. I been in like 50 teams ?
