I'm going to be TRYING To get the DLC completed by the end of the month for some extra side mission points, but for now that's my platinum for the monthly theme! (Guide on the website says 25 hours; out of curiosity if I complete all of the DLC that will make the total over 30 hours, will that then count as HC? Or is the HC requirement only for the base platinum?) Points: Platinum: Game over 15 hours If you complete all the DLC for a game and that brings you over the 30h it would count for the hardcore. Right now it only counts for the base theme even if you continue and reach the 30h without getting all the trophies from the DLC.
starcrunch061
So, I've completed TES5: Skyrim. Definitely over 30 hours, so it's hardcore. Also, I started it just in October. My new numbers: Plats: 356 Completed Games: 436 Completion Percentage: 83.21% Edited October 28, 2019 by starcrunch061
BlackSquirrell1
Completed Syberia 2 for this month's theme. Plats: 17 Completed: 28 Percentage: 45.88%
MarkusT1992
My game for this month is One Piece: World Seeker which also is my 100th . It took me 29h to get the plat and I could get it over the 30 with the DLC but I'm waiting for the last one before playing (and buying) them. Different Event: Bingo Bonanza
dizzyshadow
just 1 game for me this month Submerged Also qualifies for the started this month challenge.
SyIaris
Might still squeeze something better in, but probably not. Got some bad news and haven't felt like playing. The Typing of the Dead: Overkill ~29 hours to 100% on a "user averages" kind of site, or 16 on HLTB. Cleared the story in typing mode, not sure I'll ever go back to replay it in standard. It's an odd little on-rails shooter with something of a trashy B-movie feel. It's not bad, but that writing definitely isn't my thing. It definitely aims for humor. Also has a similar, non-typing PS3 version with what seems to be a much harder completion. Weird.
ArtikSkarab
Put me down on 4 again for this month. SoulCalibur VI Hardcore? ('That site' puts it at 30h+ and that feels appropriate.) It's been a while since I dove into the world of Soul Calibur and this game is pretty damn good. Solid 3D fighter with a meh campaign mode (still prefer SC2's Weapon Master Mode). My Hero: One's Justice Hardcore (Guide puts it at 35h) Started this month On the other side, this game has a pretty good story mode, even though it dosen't start early enough if you don't know this universe, but dosen't play well. LEGO DC Super-Villains Hardcore (Guide puts it at 30h) As with pretty much all of the LEGO games, I enjoyed my time through and it didn't feel as oppressive as LEGO Marvel 2. Yakuza 0 Hardcore (140 hours!) 4 games this month Started a year ago While I had done most of the heavy lifting back in January, discussions on the ABC challenge about this game made me want to go back and try to complete it. So, after going through the really annoying Climax Battles, the legend playthrough was honestly pretty damn simple in comparaison.
diskdocx
Summary for me for the month 1. DriveClub Bikes Complete a game that counts towards a different PSNP event. (used for Bingo Bonanza) Complete all currently released DLC of a game I'm not going to use this as HC (even though it probably is over 30 hours) as most of it was done before the month started 2. Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition Complete a game that counts towards a different PSNP event. (used for Bingo Bonanza) Complete a game that fulfills the Hardcore requirement of that month. (this would clock in right around the 30 hour mark) Complete a game that you started this month 3. Randal's Monday Complete a game that fulfills the Hardcore requirement of that month. (definitely over 5 hours...felt like 100...game is awful) 4. Krinkle Krusher Complete a game that fulfills the Hardcore requirement of that month. (just over 5 hours for this one) Complete a game that you started this month Complete 4 games within one month. 5. Retro City Rampage DX Complete a game that you started this month This game was over 2 hours but just under 5, so no HC for this 6. Costume Quest Complete a game that fulfills the Hardcore requirement of that month. (about 8 hours for this one with the DLC) Complete all currently released DLC of a game Complete a game that you started this month I would like to say Costume Quest was one of the best games I've played in a while. Lotta fun. Will be starting 2 soon. Also year to date stat update: Platinum trophies: +103 (625 start, 728 current) 100% completed: +122 (908 start, 1030 current) Completion: +0.02% (99.33% start, 99.35% current) Finally back in the green on Completion %. DriveClub has a LOT of DLC ? Edited October 27, 2019 by diskdocx
Uchiha_Snake__
I got 100% of Horizon Zero Dawn which is enough for the extra challenge, but sadly I won't be completing this month's theme due to real-life work. I've been working extra hours and even weekends to make sure the work is down by the next month, the good thing is there's more income after that so... Who knows, maybe more games? BlackSquirrell1
So, I was going to try to complete another game for this month, but doesn't look like that is going to happen. So, for October, my stats are: ✔️ Syberia 2 - Completed ✔️ HC: 5 hours or more ✔️ For Another Event (Fall Backlog Challenge) ✔️ Complete a game you started this month. Platinum: 17 100% Completed: 28 Completion: 46.66% Whew! Fun! But, now for November.....!
Chris1-1sirhC
Looks like this month the only one I'm going to be able to do is Firewatch. Counts as HC as main game is 4 hours and DLC is 2 hours on the guide I have just checked. Completed all released DLC. Completed a game started this month. Plat - 34 Completed games - 49 Completion % - 38.
Kevvik
Okay, October summary... 4 games completed for the theme this month. Platinum for Atelier Rorona Plus (HC with 50+ hrs) 100% for Dragon Fantasy Book I (HC at about 13 hrs) Platinum for Sword Art Online (HC with around 50 hrs) Platinum for LittleBigPlanet (HC with God knows how many hrs over the 11 year span, also qualifies for title older than 10 yrs as I started working on it in 2008, considerably more than a year since my first trophy in it was achieved), also finished the Pirates of the Caribbean DLC but not the MGS DLC so I can't get that one. Also did the plat for Glass Masquerade but that didn't take long so it doesn't count. October Stats: Plats: +4 100%: +4 Completion Rate: +0.43% Overall Plats: 178 (+36 for the event) 100%: 236 (+47 for the event) Completion Rate: 84.63% (+2.50% for the event) Looking like Supernatural stuff for November. I've got Call of Cthulhu waiting for me in KYC next month so we'll start there for the theme and see where things lead. Should also knock down my CR with the event as well. MarkusT1992
November's theme will be "Supernatural" Zombies are after you to eat your brains. But is that even possible? This month for sure. Every game that has some form of supernatural being counts for this month. Examples: The Walking Dead, Murdered: Soul Suspect, Vampyr The zombie is riding on a dragon? That's even crazier than just a zombie. For the hardcore theme there have to be at least two different supernatural being. Examples: Minecraft, The Witcher 3, Dark Souls Here are the reminder for those without a game for October: @Ampplaca, @AvengedEvil, @Caju_94, @CSmit180, @Dinkus83, @Gesyca, @Hunter226037, @Kingpin16444, @Lojtana, @Metal Slime King, @NetEntity, @Obscure_Ale, @Psy-Tychist, @WDB_Chaotic, Also the reminder for those of you without a game for three months in a row: @AmarisSkye, @Champ147, @Violino And last but not least: I'll add a poll this time to see how many people would like to continue next year. Should there be enough people who'd like to go another year I would do that.
Gesyca
Oh I almost forgot to post, ok ok... let's see... well, I've platinum Life is Strange, I don't know if that counts or not, for me it was a 15-16 hours, I think hahahah, I forgot the time need to the challenge as I write, but if it's not enough, so please use it as my skip for the month. I didn't have time like always to play bigger games. My stats at the end of the month: Platinum trophies: this month 30 (+2) / all year (+17); 100% completed: this month 40 (+2) / all year (+23); Completion: 51.39% this month (-0.16%) / this year (+10,71%). That's the first time I got a negative number, but it's because I played a lot of new games, one in particular I played to my younger brother to see Batman in a video game form. He loved, but that's ok the moment is what counts.
AvengedEvil
Thanks for the reminder. I'd like to use my remaining skip. Hyper Sentinel is my Game of choice. https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/7588-hyper-sentinel/AvengedEvil
Metal Slime King
2x 100% games for October: Streets of Rage 2 - (PSNP trophy guide rated it at 15 hours) - Started same month, more than 10 years old. DeathSpank - (PSNP trophy guide rated it at 12 hours) - Started same month Would want to use this trophy image (Perfect Win) from Streets of Rage 2. Now this part I'm unsure of. I beat all 5 episodes of "Strongbad's Cool Games for Attractive People". Trophy guides over at .org rated them as; 4-6 hrs, 4-6 hrs, 4-6 hrs, 4-6 hrs and 4-6 hrs for a total of 20-30 hrs. I started them all in October. Let me know if that counts for anything. DoctorDrPepper
Three more games to end October on. Hasbro Family Game Night 3 (30+ hours) hardcore Indivisible (30+ hours) hardcore Bridge Constructor Portal (def more than 15 hours but I don’t know if it was 30. So let’s call this one normal.) also I tried to get The Outer Worlds done in time for October but it looks like I missed it by about 4 hours. Good news, game has a ton of alien animals and weird sentient robots, so it counts for November hardcore. So guess I’m already covered for the month! WDB_Chaotic
so it has been a hot minute since I've last updated, sorry @MarkusT1992. went on holiday for a month so am now just settling back in. September saw me platinum Shadow of the tomb raider, the third game in the rebooted trilogy, plus a lot more games before this series so it may count for hardcore. October saw me platinum 2018's God of war

NetEntity
My game for October is going to be Castlevania: Lords of Shadow using the "one easy trophy left till the platinum" clause, since I wanted to pop it at midnight (or, well, slightly past it, as it ended up) as a special Halloween plat. Qualifies for: Complete a game that counts towards a different PSNP event (Bingo Bonanza) Complete a game that fulfills the Hardcore requirement of that month (completed in 32h:12 min, XMB save pic in spoiler for proof) Complete a game in which you got your first trophy a year ago (first trophy 6 years ago) Spoiler Stats: Platinum trophies: +15 100% completed: +27Completion: +2.71%

Games with different trophy lists for each episode can grant you a rank for completing all of the episode, what you did. You could also just complete 4 of the 5 episodes without adding the last to your profile to get a rank. 6 hours ago, DoctorDrPepper said: Three more games to end October on.
