How do I fight Argus?

I see on my map that his area is available it's a glowing ? On the map I go there it announces cyclops Argus I can see his cave I hear the battle music but no Argus?

It doesn't seem as if it was released yet? I'm at the island as well and the glowing "?" mark was there and I discovered the location but no Cyclops.

Daughters of Lalaia doesn't seem to have been released either since both have no stats on PSN.

 

I know the first DLC trophy in this pack was released earlier than the next 2, but the next 2 seemed to have at least released in the same week. Maybe Arges will come out in the next couple days.
