PhantomFear94
Intro / Difficulty: This DLC in terms of content was my favourite of the three, story was joint with The Heist and the side-content was more challenging that the base game in a more fair way than the last DLC. If you struggled with Turf Wars you might struggle here too, although the brutes are much easier the flying enemies are a bit of a pain if you don't have any focus left. Put some tips in a relevant thread though, making the DLC pretty easy! The enemy types are very similar here, the only real exception is the flying jetpack enemies are considerably more dangerous. They can be taken out with 1 bar of focus, or webbing them down and using an air combo. The end boss, Spoiler In One Plus One Equals Win is easier than the 2nd DLC. Just web it or (when available) use the bombs to make it attackable. When its leg is shining yellow, keep going. If you get hit once, spam your dodge out of there, its easy to get caught up in a death lock otherwise. Use enemies around only to refuel your focus, you don't need to focus on them that much. You get a checkpoint half way through, too, which is handy. Trophies / Content: As a whole, every DLC has had virtually the exact same offering - 6-7 story missions, 20 crimes, 4-5 screwball challenges, some collectibles and/or 3-4 bases. This is no different, so don't be fooled by the seemingly more story-orientated list, it is virtually identical to the others . There are only 3 true story trophies, not 5 as it may appear (1 is for a side-mission that basically equates to taking out the 3 Olympus bases, and 1 is a side mission for collecting all 9 audio tapes so they are more collectibles). It seemed maybe 30 mins longer than the other DLC stories. Also, even though there isn't a trophy for doing all crimes in 1 area, you need to do the same 20 (5 in 4 districts) to get the 100%. I think the crimes was a better balance, 20 per district in the main game was such a boring grind after I'd done everything else. Opinion: Despite slightly improving, the DLC for Spiderman (a game I enjoyed a lot overall) was flawed and very repetitive. The base game delivered a great narrative, had good attention to detail and super fun gameplay but was overly repetitive and had very bland side content. This DLC has more paint by the numbers stories and demands another 2 hours of your time just going through virtually the same side content. The screwball challenges were somewhat mixed up (they are more fun than the Taskmaster challenges in OG), but aside from that it is more or less the exact same thing. I would have personally much preferred a 15-20 hour Frozen Wilds type of expansion than a story split into 3 episodes that does nothing to evolve from the base game. Definitely not bad, but doesn't come close to matching the narrative ingenuity and general fun factor of the base game, unfortunately.
Spider-Beyond
Silver Lining so far has the worst suit selection In my opinion. The previous DLC had better suits.
JPageMartin36
I'm going to get back on it (Turf Wars) tonight. I got frustrated on a Screwball challenge and left it for a whole month.
Feral
My main problem with Silver Lining is it finished just when things were getting good. Almost as if Insomniac when "oh shit it's been 2 hours time to wrap it up, can't go for too long." Which killed it, still fun while it lasted. It's definitely an improvement on Turf Wars so that's good.
Taliesin_2943
Does anyone know if this will be the completly last dlc story for Spider-Man or if there will be more beyond the city that never sleeps
kdogg_gamer_
So I can't really find an answer but did the final boss die? Right before he is like "Remember my no killing rule." Then the final trophy is called terminated, if so its dumb Spidey acts so nonchalant about it.

They probably won't drop it last minute like, "A new DLC pack with trophies for Spider-Man is out now! Surprise!" They'll probably say, "We're pleased to announce our next DLC for Spider-Man coming this spring!" So you'll have time to re-download. ?

Nah I have the disc I just have crappy internet so if new stuff dropped I'd spend probably a day and a half redownloading patches and the current dlc to get set for new stuff

Well, all I know is that Silver Lining concludes the CTNS trilogy, but Insomniac just left it at that, not saying there would or wouldn't be any further DLC. I personally hope there isn't any more DLC. Not because I didn't like the game (because I thought it was phenomenal) but because I feel any loose ends, cliffhangers, etc, would be great additions and/or side content for a sequel. I agree with you on that i loved it but I hope it's concluded and that insomniac is already hard at work on the sequel with not a super long wait they could even do a ctns 2 to go along with the sequel further expanding it. Maybe saying what really happened with black cat I know she isn't dead that's a given. Maybe also do more characters

BlindMango
The story for Silver Lining has been an absolute blast for me - down to the events in each mission, cinematic style, and overall general pacing of everything. Whoever directed this one should direct the story in next game for sure as the story in the main game really dragged on and wasn't all that great until the final moments.
