I do the hunting, pay him for buying food (camp fee), what he then never shares with me. He has a messy beard, he doesn't even bother shaving or maintaining. And then I also need to pay a stable hand in a city to take care of my second horse, while Cribbs seems to have time enough to feed/water/clean the horse.
