Sofa King
I've been playing video games for a long time so when technology comes along that ups the ante on what's possible it's exciting to me. We've definitely come a long way since Pong. Realism, though sometimes cool to see, isn't exactly what I look for in a game. I get enough realism in everyday life, games are how I escape from that. majob
I like both and would prefer to have both. Some genres benefit more from realism than they do from surrealism. I certainly wouldn't have enjoyed certain adventure or action games that I did if they were more over the top and fantastical. And I honestly only like surrealism to a certain degree. The more over the top something becomes, the less I like it
Gamer-Girl-Noire
I don't like realistic in terms of having to eat, sleep and have realistic needs to take care of but I enjoy realistic combat like having bullet drop off and a more realistic time to kill. AJ_Radio
I prefer there NOT to be realism. I like video games to be a form of entertainment. Entertainment is supposed to take our minds off of things.
