However there's a Kirito Mode that lets you play as well Kirito and is the Gameverse version of Phantom Bullet Arc that happens close to the end of the main story and needs to be done to get the true ending. Also in a way you can play as other characters then your character or Kirito like Lost Song/VS Accel World and it's called Hero Quest which in the solo version let's you play as any SAO characters besides Kirito and Canon GGO Avatar Kirito and party version that only let's you pick one of four characters the quest let's you use. While playing the game, it made me wish to play the first 5 Sakura Wars games but would have to wait for a remake of them, also I like to see a sequel that take place after the anime Spoiler The game showed a shadow with katana that killed that demon with the hood after the last fight with him(You find out who the shadow was in the anime) and then the anime showed a shadow that looked at a crystal fragment that turned into bits of light and went up to Shadow Tokyo. It was a fun fighting game but some of the combo trophies(Hilda and Byakuya in particular) was a pain and Survival Mode was not that easy but I was able to do the Hilda Method with some jumps and "sit down" here and there. Leon Castle Posted August 24, 2020 Author Share Posted August 24, 2020 (edited) #178 Kill la Kill: IF 12th Aug 2020 Based on Kill la Kill the anime and the game's storyline takes place during the events of episode 3, depicting Satsuki being placed by Junketsu in artificial reality that follows the anime storyline with slight deviations, The game was easy and fun except for one part(clear Ryuko VS. the damn clones and the original goddamn Nui Harime with a S rank). #179 Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris 23rd Aug 2020 Sequel to Fatal Bullet(at least the Kirito Mode part of it). Only part of it that is like anime(which most game news sites talked a lot about at least that what I felt about it) but ended up just being a longer and bit boring Kirito Mode (if not for the Medina parts and the Gameverse take on the ending aka no one died, it would feel like a damn recap). The game felt almost like a fusion of the Hollow games(only a bit better combat system), Lost Song's play as other characters(and it helps with the proficiency go up a bit faster if the character has lower proficiency then Kirito) and the Whip was more or less a replacement of the "Grappling Gun" from Fatal Bullet but needs to be equipped as it's a weapon. I be back for the DLC even if it don't have trophies like Fatal Bullet did. #180 Granblue Fantasy: Versus 27th Aug 2020 Based on the mobile game Granblue Fantasy. RPG mode takes place some time after the fall of the Erste Empire and events involving archangels and Belial(at least what I understand from Djeeta's 1st DLC quest ending) the World of Granblue Fantasy faces a new crisis as the fallen Erste Empire returns... I liked how it was both a fighting game and a RPG, it reminded me a bit of Soul Cailbur III(that also had a RPG kind of mode). Might go and get the rest of the arcade pics one day, but for now I wait until I get season 2 character pass before I do more of RPG mode and Arcade mode . This would be a nice plat screenshot or Zooey's victory screen for that matter but no had to "pop" the moment I kicked Beelzebub's ass one last time. Being a mix of Warriors and One Piece, it was fun but those damn coins, almost took me forever to get Shanks's Mark Coin. Hopefully PW2&3&4 don't have those damn RNG coins. #182 Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce 10th Oct 2020 The last DW6 I had left and the last unique DW I ever plat unless I get three PS Vitas and DW Next on all of them. Thanks to the new Item re-building, making God killing items was made a bit easier. Liked the Puni raising. Was planning on making Tales of Xillia 2 plat 185(since why it took me this long to make a new platinum post) on the other hand I also finished three nintendo switch games(sort of) Pokémon Shield (Update) The next Pokemon Gen. and first to not have all the pokemon that was made since Pokemon Red & Blue. While I found Sun & Moon to be somewhat boring, this pokemon game was much more fun then Sun & Moon like all the Pokemon Main games before Sun & Moon. Also Marnie is my new pokemon Waifu. Favorite ost: Battle! Marnie ~ Final Battle and Eternatus Battle Theme (Version 3) The expansion pass was fun and it gave me a reason to not go back to Ultra Moon since I got all Pokemon I missed from that Gen. well now I only miss Marshadow from that gen. Plan to get the Sword version with Expansion Pass to get Zacian, Regieleki and Spectrier or wait to next gen to get them. Super Mario 3D All-Stars Super Mario 64: My first Mario game and finally collected all 120 stars which I did not do on the 64 version of it (Did collect all 150 stars on the DS Remake) Super Mario Sunshine: Back on the Gamecube version, I did beat it with 100 sunshines or so(Kinda like how I only beat Super Mario 64 on 64 with only 100 stars). But this time I collected all 120 sunshines. Super Mario Galaxy 1: Did collect all stars as both Mario and Luigi on the Wii Version but are going to do it again on the Switch. The Force Unleashed features a young man by the name of Galen Marek (codenamed "Starkiller"), the secret Sith apprentice of Darth Vader, and his missions as such in the year 2 BBY. #187 Assassin's Creed II 20th Dec 2020 The First Chapter of Ezio Auditore da Firenze`s Story, I enjoyed the game, well not Bonfire of the Vanities, It was a pain. #188 Assassin's Creed Brotherhood 20th Dec 2020 The 2nd Chapter of Ezio Auditore da Firenze`s Story, damn that tank was hard to do zero hits on but at least it was fun. #189 Assassin's Creed Revelations 20th Dec 2020 The Final Chapter of Ezio Auditore da Firenze`s Story. Thank god The Lost Archive is over, the no death run was worse then the tank in Brotherhood(at least that was fun) If not for that good glitch to get Impress Warren Vidic, who knows how long I would have to deal with the that damn level. #190 Samurai Shodown 20th Dec 2020 Whlie it's a reboot of Samurai Shodown series, it's story is not as it's between Samurai Shodown V and the first game which I never beat back on the Samurai Shodown Collection on PS2. Once all the characters of the Season 3 DLC Character Pass is out then I go back to this game to get the rest of the pieces of artwork. What got me interested in this game(and in the end the series) was that Geralt of Rivia is a Guest Character in Soulcalibur VI(and is the only Guest Character in Soulcalibur so far to be canon). #193 Valkyria Chronicles 31st Jan 2021 The remaster of the first game in the Valkyria Chronicles series. It was a bit easier than DW 7 Empires but Titles like "Prize Pick" was annoying. Hopefully DW 9 Empires's Titles and Ways of Life is easier and less annoying to get. Leon Castle Posted March 26, 2021 Author Share Posted March 26, 2021 (edited) #199 Kingdom Hearts Final Mix March 26th 2021 The First KH game but is the 2nd game I played in the Kingdom Hearts series(I did see parts well just a little part of destiny island back then I was a kid) Did play the original PS2 version some time after KH II but never defeated Maleficent's Dragon Form which I defeated on the Final Mix PS3 version. Now I went and did everything on the PS4 version(on Final Mix/Normal difficulty level though), only Sephiroth and the Phantom hidden bosses took me some tries(mostly Sephiroth due to his goddamn one hit kill spells) and I was lucky with Xem... I mean the Mysterious Man since I was never hit by his "Mini-Game" attack maybe I just kicked his ass too fast? Proud difficulty level was not too hard for me besides Riku possessed by Ansem and that goddamn horde of annoying enemies Now into KH II... after watching some anime. Did play this game a lot back on PS2 but never defeated Sephiroth so I'm glad to have finally settled the score with that one-wing bastard. Like KH 1 FM I did everything on Final Mix/Normal difficulty level, only some Replica Datas of Organization XIII took me some tries and Terra's Lingering Will took me some tries to master Stun Loop Exploit so that bastarded haunted armor could not kill me before I "exorcisted" him. Critical difficulty level was not too hard for me besides Xaldin and Roxas. Look forward to Phantom Breaker Omnia(2nd update to the main game Phantom Breaker) but like I did with the spin-off I might main Kurisu.
