RadiantFlamberge
Durante has started a company called PH3 GmbH. The web site is ph3.at . PH3 will work on ports of games to PC... in fact, one of the testimonials on their page is from XSeed's Ken Berry. No current projects are named. https://metacouncil.com/threads/i-co-founded-a-company-that-does-pc-ports-among-other-things.553/ A new feature in ToCS III turns a character's "Talk" box grey if you've exhausted all their dialogue. https://gearnuke.com/trails-of-cold-steel-iii-brings-quality-of-life-feature/
RadiantFlamberge
Brittany (Hatsuu) had a health issue that led to her having to take time off from Cold Steel III, in a tweet from 1 February. She also had one of her cats pass away. That is not easy... I had lost a dog not too long ago. ? At least she had been able to come back to the studio & listen to Xeno & Vita on 12 February, saying she "felt a little more inspired" that day. Keep her in your prayers.
RadiantFlamberge
https://thelegendofheroes.com/ NISA now has some voice previews on their ToCS III page for Rean, Alisa, Elliot, Emma, & Fie- done by the original I & II voice actors. Machias might be next there, since Ed Bosco is confirmed to be back. ? This leaves Gaius, Laura, Millium, Jusis, & (spoiler). Really good so far. Spoiler Crow. RadiantFlamberge
http://www.rpgfan.com/news/2019/9114.html Some really not-cool news. NIS Japan is in some financial trouble. It's pretty bad actually... they couldn't afford to pay their staff, so they needed to issue a Moving Strike Warrant. I really hope this doesn't end up affecting NISA too much, & also that NISJ can dig out from this mess.

RadiantFlamberge
Nice. I expected a mid-November date... sure glad it's coming sooner. Already got the Thors Academy edition preordered. Just got ToCS II finished on PC... right now I'm replaying the first one on PS4, at chapter 3 (looks like I'll have to pick up the pace a bit!). ? Salima-sensei
September is unexpected but great, now its really time to play Ao no Kiseki. Edited June 10, 2019 by Salima-sensei
Edunstar84
I'm definitely getting this day one. I've been waiting years for into to release in the west. Not sure where I can pre-order in Norway though. The customs rule is pretty tight.
RadiantFlamberge
Here's some E3 gameplay from XTgamerDE. Shame this video doesn't have any sound, but so far the translation is looking fine. I seriously doubt we'll end up with another Ys VIII launch fiasco.
RadiantFlamberge
NISA has just put up a new gameplay trailer for Cold Steel III. So good! ?
RadiantFlamberge
https://www.gamespot.com/videos/the-legend-of-heroes-trails-of-cold-steel-3-openin/2300-6450280/ ICYMI, Gamespot has a video of the 1st 27 minutes of Cold Steel III's gameplay here. The opening still has the Sen no Kiseki III logo instead of a Trails of Cold Steel III one, & the subtitle for "Allie" mistakenly reads "Tousie" around 14:48, but I'm sure that's been fixed. It's looking good. Edited July 8, 2019 by RadiantFlamberge Embedding the video from YouTube
Chocolat_GiddyUp
Nice got delayed. September is a very busy month already! Edited July 17, 2019 by Chocolate GiddyUp
Undead Wolf
It's kind of a bummer that this got delayed as it's one of the rare examples of a game I intend to play at launch (I've been waiting years for its western release). But hey, it's only a month, and so long as we get a better product at the end of it, I'm happy.
RadiantFlamberge
That new release date is 22 October. I guess a part of the reason for the move is to give ToCS III a better release window, since September is so busy- there's Dragon Quest XI, Ni no Kuni remastered, Code Vein, & others.
DarkSoleride
Also as well as it being delayed till 22/10/19 in North America and Europe it is also delayed in Oceania till 29/10/19 :/ Oh well more time to finish other games I guess...
Edunstar84
I'm actually glad it's delayed. Allows me to finish more games.

RadiantFlamberge
Also, that's more time to get Trails of Cold Steel II finished if you still need to. I've played & finished the 1st 2 on PC, but wouldn't mind getting the PS4 versions played through by then. I'm now at Chapter 5 on CS1. ?

RadiantFlamberge
The demo is up on PSN right now. It's the entire Prologue. NISA recommends that you save the game right before the boss, since the trophy list isn't ready yet. Once you've got the full game, export that save to it so you can get that trophy. RadiantFlamberge
Here's some of the CS III demo game play. NISA are truly on the ball with this... no worries, I'm happy.
