Popular Post TheYuriG
Suggestion: Give users the ability to follow specific trophies of their choice and get notified whenever one or more users earns such trophies. Although it would mostly used for new recent trophies, it could also be used to track new, old additions to the leaderboards. What this means is allowing the people following the trophy to know if someone synced today a trophy for that game, but that trophy was earned 4 years ago. Good to detect hackers, but a bit annoying when new people get added to the website. Reason: I'm currently playing a game that has one trophy based on an online community event that goes in rotation every several weeks and it's really annoying to boot up such game every day to see if the event is live, only to be disappointed and close it shortly afterwards. With the implementation of this suggestion, people in similar situation as me could potentially save 5 minutes every day for long periods of time. Examples: PvZ GW2 (the game i'm following), has online trophies based on the Cat vs Dyno online event. Helldivers probably can fit here somehow, as some trophies are impossible while the assault to the homebase is ongoing, so people could just follow that trophy to an extent to know when the war is over and reset so they can get their stuff done. Online games with servers temporarily turned to shit (like Deus Ex Mankind Divided/Dante's inferno) would be easier to track when the game is working again, without having to follow specific threads (which are mostly just people mad that the servers aren't working and will give you a shitload of pointless notifications you do not care about ~> i've been there) People who like to curate specific games that have been shutdown to clean the hackers, can have an easier time to just pop a report whenever someone earns one of those. This would, in turn, make the leaderboards cleaner for longer. Everyone wins.
B1rvine
Sounds like a great idea to me. There’s tons of potential uses for this.
PSXtreme_
This would be GREAT to track new hacks for trophies no longer possible. The Flag Staff could have their work cut by half by letting the computer notify them when new bad people do new bad things.... While I'm on the subject, it would be nice to have a notification when a submitted dispute has been reviewed by the staff and the results of their evaluation... BlackJudas
I love the idea, but there's a little bit of me that figures if everyone has a "follow" flag on a trophy, no one will end up firing up the game to check to see if the event started or ended. =O

Also the people who are currently playing the game should participate in those events naturally as well. It's not going to be counter productive. BlackJudas
I have no problem leaning on the filthy casuals.
