Silencer0004
I'm Level 17, 9x Top3, 3 chars with 5000+ dmg, no win. Is someone worse or has worse partners? EDIT: Just won the next match after starting this thread. It's ALWAYS like this Edited February 22, 2019 by Silencer0004
VigilantCrow
It took me over 60 games to get my first win (over 20 games for first kill). Just keep playing and eventually you'll find people to carry ya through. Congratulations on the first win!
TheUnkerKarcus
Teamwork and communication is everything. Didn't win until I met some randoms with mics... things started looking brighter from then. Doesn't always mean winning a round but there was a fighting chance

First kill went a bit better for me but it's definitely necessary to get to know all the weapons, equipment and to know how to play the classes and whose style suits you best. 17 minutes ago, XypherVG said: Teamwork and communication is everything. The ping helps but it's not possible to interpret the "Enemy"-ping as "attack, it's just one guy" or "pay attention, there are three over there".
Popular Post RK9
It took me 5 games to get my first kill and around 15 games to get my first win, roughly. Since then I've had around 20 wins, I'm an average gamer at best. Here's some tips that may or may not help you but they helped me: - Try to drop in just outside of the hot areas so that you can grab a gun and some armour. Nades too if they're about. Then head into the hot zone and get stuck into the combat. The only way to get better at the combat imo is to take every fight you can and familiarise yourself with it. You will lose a lot of games doing this but you will gain more confidence with the gun play. - Never stay still and aim for the head! A good amount of the weapons have head shot multipliers that increase damage dealt significantly. Learn to strafe, slide and aim whilst jumping. Make yourself hard to hit. Takes a fair amount of practice but you will win more fights over time. - Ping everything that you feel could be useful to your team mates, whether it be an enemy you've spotted, ammo, good guns, a location you think is worth checking out or whatever. Communication is key and the more you interact with your squad, the more likely they will have your back, ping and drop things for you and revive/bring you back if you get wrecked. - Play with your favourite Legend until you have a few wins. This will allow you a better chance at winning and give you an overall confidence boost. I'm a pretty decent Wraith but I struggle with some of the other Legends (Caustic and Gibraltar) . So I nabbed a few wins with Wraith before I started working on the others. - Be aggressive in fire fights. This game really rewards a fast paced aggressive play style. When people take damage and then hide behind cover they are likely healing up and reshielding, catch them off guard and go in for the kill. The movement system in this game allows you to get in people's faces very fast if you learn how to use it. - Don't panic revive your squad if they go down. The enemy knows you are coming and are likely waiting for you aiming down sights ready. Scout the location out and worst case, grab their banners after the enemy squad have moved on so you can safely bring your team back into play. 1v3 is not a good situation to be in, even fairly skilled players will probably lose more often than not. - Don't rage quit too soon. If you're in the last 5-10 and you go down, respawn times out, wait until your squad gets eliminated. If you stick around and they go on to get the win, so do you! Once you are comfortable and confident with the gunplay, then you can start being more tactical, whilst still playing aggressive but not reckless.
KOLOSHOW1
I think it was 3 for me to get a kill and around 8 or so for the win, which I managed to do with only one teammate. We just communicated better with the ping system and it worked out.

exsentry
I can't even get a win. I play on Japanese servers, so English doesn't do me much good in terms of squad comm. Edited February 23, 2019 by rotoninja

If you get in a room with someone and pick up the weapon first, you've a good chance on killing him and getting first blood.

I can't decide if I should focus on winning with everyone else I need (probably) or suicide missions to get the kills.

If you got everything except for Level 50, you can try to get the trophy but I got kill-leader many times by now. It's easy to get it early game or end game if you get there. CaptainAskHole
Omg guys you all should play pvp games more often lol The game is about communication and coordination on attack and retreat. No talk between the team is definitely a loss. I would recommend using the communities feature to play with others in premade squad (if your friends dont play it). Im lvl 46 and the only trophy left is lvl 50. Its a shame this game dont have a platinum bcz its really fun and addictive. Good luck.
Nephilin73
I've won a game a lot earlier than getting my first kill, even before getting Jumpmaster trophy. I'm still bad killing, I must have about 40 kills, but I've got at least 5 wins and a lot of top 3, some of them being the only survivor of my team, playing more like it was Metal Gear Solid than it was CoD. Dangisuckatgamin
The lag is so much worse now in this game than before. You can shoot someone face to face in the head and they can be aiming at your feet and still kill you before you kill them. Game is such garbage now that getting a win is all based on how stable the server connection is. (250+mbps [usually pushes 300+] internet must not be fast enough for them..)
