How to download multple regions

since i'm at eu server i thought about it to play with other regions but i can't seem to figure out how to actually download other regions (like NA or Asia). Is there a way to download them?

you would need to create another account in those regions in order to purchase those games again.

If i create account based on the region's am i available to get the trophies from my main account?

Once you have an account created in another region, you log into that account purchase the game and download it to your system and then log back into you main account and you will be able to play it.
