You need to have 150 premiums cards in your collection at the same time to trigger the trophy, so no, it's not possible to have only 1 premium, mill and recreate. Anyway, creating premiums from scratch is much more resource-heavy compared to the milling value. The bigger problem is the 6 wins in the arena.... that's one trophy that should be nerfed to 3, changed or improved (better matchmaking). How this thing is at 2.4 completition is beyond me.
