I asked the same just a day or two ago and the answer is: every trophy unlocked after 1st April not used in a challenge already is eligible   some challenges require special attention to fulfill them (the ones mentioned above)

I thought 3 times i have a trophy for the FOOL challenge only to realise that it didn't suffice but after looking again and again through my trophy log i did encounter one trophy i could use for that challenge ... i spent quite a while now looking through all obtained trophies until i find one that fits a challenge

 

For challenges 27 and 28 i may use Dragon's Dogma which is currenlty 8% (E rank)...

 

@CSmit180 for the challenge 60 trophies with month do i count from #61 earned this month or from entering round 2 onwards for the 2nd round?

That's exactly where I stand except I have two pending.  Need to get further in Antiquia Lost and get the plat for Trails of Cold Steel 4 and I should be close if not have them and be able to submit a bunch for round 2.
