Stacked Wellness Trophies

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong section.

 

When I last played this game a friend and I did the duplication glitch a few times in order to obtain the wellness-related trophies, but then none of the trophies popped for me until I hit 200, in which they all unlocked at the same time, and thus the timestamps make it look like I've used a save.

 

Did anyone else have this problem when using the duplication glitch, as someone else told me using it can sometimes mess up the game.
