Loyalty Tier 3

Can I assume that you only get legendary contracts when you have hit tier 3 loyalty with all factions.

 

The reason I ask is I have completed both Arcanist and Sentinel Loyalties to level 3. 

 

My Arcanist Loyalty trophy glitched and no legendary contracts from them.

 

My Sentinel Loyalty did not glitch and I can get legendary contracts from them. 

 

So because of issues with coding am I locked out of some of the end game content? If so this is actual bullshit.

As far as I can remember, you can already get legendary contracts even before hitting loyal tier 3. I'm guessing the legendary contract has glitched out for you since I have all 3 factions available

From what I remember you have to do the side missions for each fraction then they will each give you one legendary contract a day, some days I had to do a few normal contracts before they showed up.

The order of contract appearances don't seem to matter, I believe it depends on which contract shows up on your map first and if you do end up accepting a normal Sentinel contract first for example, the legendary contract would come up afterwards (assuming you haven't already done one yet)
