I managed to create a character with this issue but when I start actually playing the camera is still bugged and I can't even move. I will try to change the language of the console when I get home. but it will be delayed if someone has had the same problem and can say how it solved. I had the same problem my console is in spanish but i changed it to english and it worked i think the game doesn't have support for more languages but i hope they repair this issue soon.
