That's an absolutely ludicrous design choice that seems like it'd be more at home in a shovelware Solitaire game for the Wii! Would have turned some people off trophy hunting for the kitsch factor alone ? Anyways... if you're not desperate for the real McCoy (dumps of the graphical elements of a random firmware revision seems like it's a thing nobody would have reason to do) there might be some artists on reddit or wherever that could make you a high resolution vector-based facsimile using this as a basis or something. There are some pretty talented folks out there... might do to look in some old YT videos for a better source material image first, though.
