Is PUBG still glitchy?

Hi everyone. I've had an account on this site for a while, but never used it for the forums until now. I played PUBG on PC for a good amount of time and always loved it, but I had to stop playing it because it was just a Glitch fest and I just can't stand glitchy online games and it just seemed like the Devs were never going to do anything about. That was a while ago and now I've been thinking about getting it on PS4 (I like PS4 more then PC) and hopefully loving it again. The thing is that I don't want to get it if it's still got all the same problems as before like cars driving through walls and shooting people through walls and just the overall glitchy feeling of the game. So I ask you and I want the honest truth!... Is it still the same?
