Tried a method of fixing it but it does not work for me since the guy you are supposed to meet isnt there. Here it is for anyone else having this glitch, and hopefully it might work for you. If this method does not work for you, you need to lure him with explosvie arrow to where you fought the mind cintrolled humans and then to hermes.
