Ladders Vs Stepladders Trophy

Does anyone know if you skip around the games and unlock certain dialogues involving the ladders/stepladders if it'll mess up getting the trophy? For example, I skipped the last case in AA, then went on to JFA/TT before I went back to the last case in AA to get the last ladder dialogue. When I examined it, the trophy didn't unlock, did I mess up?

Order shouldn't matter since you could always go back to a ladder you have missed in order to unlock that trophy.

If you really examined all ladders (don't forget to save after every dialogue, that's also very important), there must be another issue.

 

Also, about the last ladder in Trials and Tribulations: Did you examine it while using the metal detector? Otherwise it doesn't count.

Yes, I examined it using the metal detector and without using it. I also saved before and after every ladder dialogue, so I'm really drawing a blank on why the trophy never unlocked for me. 

 

Edit: Found out the issue, helped me with Lunchbox Specialist too. What I did was when the trophies didn't pop I completely closed out of the game and started it from the save file before the trophies and it finally unlocked both for me. Thanks for the help though.
