How is the trophy for Survivor + Very Rare while the trophy for Grounded + is Rare if the difficulty trophies stack?

I just noticed this. It's kinda weird. Wont everyone who has finished Grounded get all the trophies below it?

It's because the rarity of DLC trophies is calculated differently to the rarity of base game trophies.

Yes, that's why the trophy for Grounded has fewer achievers than the trophies for other difficulties.

Because Grounded was added as DLC. This is a discussion that happens from time to time around here (the latest one can be found here and mekktor posted the link to the explanation of how it works). Basically to try and give a more accurate rarity since not everyone buys the DLC the site uses a formula to try and calculate it using the number of people who got at least one trophy of the DLC. The problem comes with free DLC, you can say that everyone owns it (and on this occasion the ones who get the DLC trophy do get the base game difficulty trophies as well) but then there's the point that many don't touch the game when that DLC was added.
