Unlocking "Weapon Technician" / "Juiced Up!" Trophies

Is there any way to force spawn certain power ups more often? To be precise, I have seen "N. Tropy Clock" only once so far during all my races.

Is there any trick or do I just have to race and pray the thing will spawn?

 

Power Ups available in Battle mode. Warp Orb and N. Tropy Clock are not available.

On the battle mode you can choose which items are allowed. But you cant deactivate the clock and I believe the normal bomb.

I have added a screenshot from Battle Mode setup screen. The clock and warp orb are not available.

Be garbage and you will earn better power ups. It's how balancing works on these games.

Just stay 8th place and camp at weapon boxes spamming all the weapons until you get what you need

Thanks guys, I did not realize position affected power up distribution. Got the trophy in about 5 minutes.
