Hey guys do you have any tips regaring this trophy? I’m having a hard time achieving this trophy

Find a soldier on a horse, steal it, and then run away and wait for the guards to stop looking for you. Then find another soldier and rinse & repeat.

 

Or 

 

If you have completed the assassin contract "Serf's Turf", replay it all the targets are on horses. Same as the top. If seen, run away and wait for them to stop looking for you

Not really, I would just run away when I stole a horse then a new soldier would spawn and just did the same thing until it popped

For anyone else having problems, and if OP didn't already get it:

 

Don't attempt to stand on your horse and jump to another. Only use the Hijack option. You can only Hijack a horse that belongs to a guard, while you are mounted.

So find any given horse, mount it, ride along until you see a guard. Ride up alongside the guard, press O to Hijack the horse, ride away. Wait until you're not being chased. Rinse and repeat.

Just use only hijack and roam outside the main city to find guards on horses.

There's an Assassin Mission called "Serf's Turf". Once u jump to the ground, there will be 5 or 6 soldiers riding their horses. Just try with this one.

Can someone explain to me what I am doing wrong with this trophy? I've tried like 20 times and the trophy is still unexploded.

 

Finally I got it, for me it worked to do it 5 times in a row losing notoriety and doing it again.

Well, for me nothing in this post worked, except that I don't try that Serf's Turf mission.

A video by Rooster Teeth it worked for me at the first try.

I had no problem getting this outside of any mission. I basically did the following:

1. Equip the hidden blade.
2. Call my horse and start riding along a path in the country side.
3. When I saw a mounted guard, I'd ride up next to him and press square when the assassinate prompt came up. This causes Ezio to jump to the other horse and kill the guard in one go.
4. If you were unlucky enough for other guards to spot you doing this, ride away from them to escape the alert status.
5. Go to step (3) and repeat until you've done enough horse swaps.

There is no need to do this in open combat.
