Super Monkey Ball: Banna Blitz HD, announced earlier today in Japan as Tabegoro! Super Monkey Ball, is coming to the Americas and Europe both physically and digitally for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch on October 29 for $39.99, with a PC relesae planned via Steam this winter, Sega announced. Pre-orders are available now.

This game wasn't as good as the first two imo but it is still a lot of fun and the mini-games were great.

Me in 2006: "For this one you have to wiggle the controller. Be careful not to hit the wall"

I've heard this game is one of the easier Monkey Ball games. It has lots of guard rails and a jump button, probably because it was designed with only motion controls in mind

 

Even if the platinum needs 100% completion, it shouldn't be nearly as bad as the Vita game. Although I don't know anything about the minigames
