westersburg
Im a bit confused, that cyberpilot has 2 lists and this game here doesnt. There is a special german version so i was expecting a separate list like in new order, new colossus and old blood. Maybe its just not on the servers yet or what do you guys think? LucianaRosethorn
Isn't Wolfenstein not being censored in Germany anymore? Meaning there's no need for another list.
snakebit10
Personally I wish every game had just one list. Only exception is for remastered games. I dislike when a new game gets multiple list. To answer your question, it does seem odd that the VR game has 2 list but Young bloods does not.

They still have a German version up, because its a case to case thing. Basically the USK has to decide if Nazi imagery can be used or not. Since there is a shift in viewing video games as art, I think more and more games wont be censored in Germany when it comes to Nazi imagery. So Bethesda / Machine Games do both from scratch instead of waiting for green light. Edited July 23, 2019 by Mori
AndyKazama
The rules have been lapsed it would seem and it's been announced for a while it would be uncensored in Germanyhttps://www.pcgamer.com/uk/wolfenstein-youngblood-will-be-uncensored-in-germany/
westersburg
Thats not completely true. They have 2 versions, but they sell the uncut version in germany as well, so we can easily buy both versions. They developed the german version before they had the green lights to sell the uncut version.
Sinthoras_96
The reason for this is probably quite simple: Coop. I assume that they enabled crossplay between the german and the normal version and therefore made only one trophy list. Cyberpilot on the other hand is completely offline, so they kept the 2 lists.
westersburg
Well i assume that we have quite some people from germany and other countries who will confirm or deny that by tomorrow
charlijaen
The New Order on PS3 had only 1 trophy list even though there was a 'cut' German version, whereas on PS4 both versions stack.

This! A friend of mine will probably get the german version and I want the international. It would be the worst and weirdest thing if we can't play together... it would also mean, all german customers who prefer the german version (because they can't speak english or already played all the other games in this altered style) won't be able to play with anyone outside of germany ... This issue happened to be in CoD: Black Ops Zombie Mode. Germans were only able to play with other Germans and got excluded from everyone else. However this is years ago, so I think (and hope) that this wont happen to Wolfenstein.
westersburg
Region crossplay is already confirmed on pc so i think it will work on ps4 as well.
