Water Tower in rotation?

Been boosting in a lobby for a few hours now in interrogation parties and have found every map in the game except for Water Tower, which should be in this map rotation.

 

We've just been through probably close to 20 games and have yet to see it pop up

 

Is this a buggy game or just shitty luck?

Basicly imho all maps have players they hate.

In my case was Wharf map. I got all "maps" trophies in round 2 days. In Wharf case i got 10 days later. Dont believe me? Check my trophy list.

You need to play over and over until hopefully your map will "spawn".

Make sure everyone in the boosting group has that DLC installed. If anyone doesn’t, no maps from that DLC will show.

 

Of course, if it’s the same group you did the rest of the maps with and they all have the DLC installed, then it’s just bad luck. You could try having someone delete the other DLC so that it at least moves those maps out of the potential rotation? As long as no one in the boosting group needs those other maps, of course.

I believe Capitol and Coal Mine were my last two.

Some maps appear more frequently in different game modes from my experience (trophies are hidden lol ).

The map rotation system is simply flawed as well as the match-making of players.
