The servers are fine. The problem is that they recently added a trophy pack for DLC that isn't in the JP version (Claptrap's Robot Revolution).

Gearbox add Claptrap DLC trophies for JP ver after patching cross-save feature for the PS4 ver but the DLC was never released for JP ver which means achieving 100% is impossible without hacking/ resigning your save.

I just completed Gorod Krovi, and can confirm that the patch fixed the Easter Egg!!! After 7 months of waiting and nearly 4 years of having this game as a work-in-progress, I finally have completed it!

Wish they'd do this for BO2 now. They're just so lazy. It'd probably take them less than a week to do a small patch that changes the trophy requirement to 5 pre-season wins.

 

Small note: the trophy community of about 50 complaining members did not get this result. The zombies reddit community of 5000+ people did. If only the trophy was glitched, you'd be waiting until the end of time for it to be fixed. It got fixed because this bug made an £11.99 product broken and did not allow you to experience the narrative the map has to offer, which has become a fundamental part of these zombies DLCs.

Regardless, it took over a year for 3arc to get off their lazy asses and do something about it. They already knew how to fix it, from when they fixed the PC version over a year ago. Yes, the sub has gotten certain results from 3arc, with enough complaints (with the more infamous, 200 starting health, speed cola coming back [albeit in a different form]), but 3arc's still too lazy to implement factions or global leaderboards for zombies. I'm sure some of the issues are more Activision's fault, but they need to accept responsibility, when they release an incomplete product.

Basically they remastered Borderlands 1 on PS4 and with that they released a patch so you can use character transfer but the Japanese version of the game on PS3 never got the CLAP TRAP DLC and with this patch it added the trophies too the list thus making them unobtainable.
