Was pretty easy since I was familiar with the games. Probably won't have much more progress for a time since my only game remaining is one that isn't out yet and I'm working on wrapping up a game I couldn't add. I'm really close to getting my unearned trophies below 200, which is great though! Also have finished up every game I've started in 2019 and I'd like to keep it that way, but it's likely to be such a slow week at work that I may start a VN that I can hopefully finish before the end of the year, if I do I'll add it to the list.
Popular Post Crispy_Oglop
A quick pre-christmas update from me Control Wolfenstein Youngblood Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan Yakuza 3 Remaster Borderlands 3 MediEvil Concrete Genie The Outer Worlds Yakuza 4 Remaster - 7% > 60% Death Stranding Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order I made some good progress with Yakuza 4 and managed to knock out what seems to be the hardest of the skill based trophies - now all I need to do are the miscellaneous mini-game / crafting etc related trophies and two more playthroughs on Legendary and Normal difficulty, which should all be doable. If all goes according to plan, i'll have this all done before Christmas Day. Hope everyone is having a stress free time in the holiday period and that you have the shopping you need if you need it ?
Popular Post DizzyDavidson
(I guess I might as well) Update: Bound By Flame [PS3] - 100% Eat Them! [PS3] - 100% God of War: Ghost of Sparta [PS3] - 100% Heavy Rain [PS4] - 100% Mad Max [PS4] - 0% => 10% Actual Sunlight [Vita] - 100% Driveclub Bikes [PS4] - 100% How to Survive 2 [PS4] - 0% Wanted Corp [Vita] - 68% => 100% Dragonball Xenoverse 2 [PS4] - 100% Skylanders Giants [PS3] - 0% Grand Kingdom [PS4] - 100% I managed to fix my Vita the very next day after my last update when I received the new analog stick. First time I put it together the sucker didn't want to turn on. I had to take it apart again, pull the battery and reconnect it. Then it worked as it should. Looking back, I prolly should have changed the other stick too. It works perfectly fine but feels a bit looser compared to the new one. Oh well, it ain't hard to change it when it comes to it. Wanted Corp: With both sticks working this game became a lot better. I still can't believe I got some of the harder trophies with just one. The game overall was just alright. The last 2 missions were a bit annoying, especially the final boss that required a lot of stick wiggling (never would have passed that). Not hard, just annoying. Mad Max: Since I didn't want to move on to Skylanders Giants yet I started this game. I'm digging it so far, just driving around in the wasteland taking out cars and peeps. One thing I do not like however is how Max treats Chum, maybe that relationship will improve later in the game, but I'm still in the beginning. I'm trying to look out for some of the challenges in the game, but I don't think I'm far enuff yet to do most of them. Only 3 more games to go. I think I can finish at least 2 of them but I've also been playing a couple of other games not on my list. I'm just really hoping Mad Max doesn't glitch on me. Anyways, that's it for my update. I might not update again before the new year, so Happy Holidays Everyone!

Popular Post Geridian
Hello all, I wish you all some happy christmas days! No new progress in Playstation VR Worlds. Haven't tried playing Danger Ball again since some days. Made some progress in Vikings: Wolves of Midgard. My girlfriend and I finished the first playthrough with the NG one on Normal difficulty. We need to complete this game a few times more with different settings to get the platinum (Provided some details below in the spoiler since @freddie1989 asked). Spoiler I honestly don't know if I can combine 4 of the 5 settings into the hardcore playthrough but will try to get 4 things done in hardcore: On NG+. On hardest difficulty. On Hardcore (The same like it was with Diablo 3: Dead is dead). On hardest Difficulty on Hardcore. Complete one whole playthrough with character of the other sex (Since there is a male and a female character you need to complete one whole playthrough with both, the mode seems to not matter). Good news: You only need to collect all colectibles and all legendary weapons in one playthrough. The item chest works cross character and even cross game mode (Same chest for normal and hardcore) so that you can craft gear for your hardcore character with your normal character. The content is 26 story maps which don`t change but have enough things to discover with 11 maps of them returning as hunts where you can farm ressources (also you need to complete all hunt maps in one playthrough for a trophy). The "Ringer of Runes" trophy got fixed with latest update. Game is stable like Diablo 3 and playing through internet is stable. Bad news: Trophy unlocking for the player which is not the host seems to be inconsistent: I hosted the game and my girlfriend did not get the trophies for The last chapter The normal playthrough with the female character For all legendary weapons. ==> All other trophies unlocked fine for her. My personal opinion is that this game is much more enjoyable then Titan Quest (Which is a terrible port and not stable although they are patching the hell out of this game since more then a year. I hope that when they finally fixed the game and include the DLCs from the PC version that it will not receive any DLC trophies!) and Diablo 3 (Which is in itself nothing if you compare it with Diablo 2 which had real "random" maps). Also made some progress on Final Fantasy XV. Arrived at chapter 12 yesterday with a party which is above level 60 so game is a cakewalk on normal now. Did some of the royal pack dlc and would like to finish all sidequests but they are just too much. Colors and symbols used for my updates: Hide contents Blue = New finished game in this update. Green = Game finished before this update. Orange = Game started. Red = Not started. Violet = Additional game for this and further updates. Grey = Game swapped in for another game. Popular Post Together_Comic
Update 14 Titanfall 2 Titanfall 2 Date Started: 12/17/2019 Trophies when Event Started: 0/51 - 0% --> 6/51 - 8% --> 51/51 - 100% Date Completed 12/25/2019 Titanfall 2 is a FPS action game where you play as Jack Cooper, I rifleman in the frontier militia en route to assault the planet Typhon with his mentor Lastimosa to finally defeat the Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation (IMC). Along the way spoilery stuff happens and Jack finds himself the pilot of a titan one BT-7374. From there, the two must complete the original mission and discover the secret that the IMC is hiding on the planet. I have a few complaints about the plot. The campaign itself is relatively short, clocking in at around 8-10 hours. The villians that you fight all feel like they were inspired by Borderlands, but just not as interesting, and the twists are on the whole pretty predictable. Other than that, the plot is fast paced, held my attention, and had some really unique sections. Specifically the sections in the back half of Mission 5 are really interesting and fun (despite being a bit gimmicky). The gameplay is what really sells this game for me. The pilot character is really fun to just move. Most places that you can see in the game, there are ways to get to, and using the helmet collectibles often as additional platforming sections really stood out to me. The titan feels heavy, but not in a bad way, just the way you would imagine a large robot to move and the Titan combat is a lot of fun. Switching between the various modules each useful, but usually different was entertaining. The pilot shooting wasn't super engaging for me, but perhaps that's just my bias against fps games. I didn't feel like it was worse than any of the others that I have played, and I do think shooting enemies while leaping off of walls or sliding on the ground where a lot of fun. The trophies for this game were also great. There is some typical stuff: get the collectibles, finish the story, all the upgrades, all the difficulties, try out the multiplayer, but there was also some really fun miscellaneous trophies. I particularly enjoyed "Becomes the Master." This is the only trophy that some people may find challenging as it is a pretty tight timer and requires some fast shooting and platforming combined together in a neat fast paced way Which brings me back to my complaint about the pilot shooting. If it had been like this the majority of the time during the pilot sections it would have been excellent. Instead they separated the platforming from the combat for the most part, which is understandable, but still seems like a missed opportunity. The thing about the other Misc. trophies that this game does that I really liked was giving you almost clear set ups for where they wanted you to do them. For example, Kill 25 enemies in 2 seconds as the Titan in Mission 9 they give you 50 enemies and a new ability which allows you to kill them very quickly and easily. For kill 3 enemies in a row while sliding or wall running they give you an item that makes this relatively free. Get a kill with each core? there are usually a few Titans for you to fight immediately after you get the upgrade. Just on the whole a well designed list. Overall I think this is an enjoyable experience even if you don't usually care for FPS games, and while it isn't perfect, it certainly is one of the better PS+ titles I've played. TL;DR 7.7/10 Recommend Anyway here's an updated list of what is left to do. ~ TC Game Trophies Percentage Final Fantasy IX 52/52 100% Mass Effect 3 69/69 100% Crash Bandicoot 2 25/25 100% God of War: Ascension 36/36 100% Return of the Obra Dinn 17/17 100% Final Fantasy XV 98/98 100% Titanfall 2 51/51 100% Super Beat: Xonic! 28/33 64% J Star Victory Vs+ 0/50 0% Swaps 2/7 Drops 0/2
Popular Post Crispy_Oglop
Hey everyone, I hope you had a lovely holiday period and if it was stressy that you manage to get some time to yourself to relax from it ? I'm full of food and just managed to get my Yakuza 4 platinum Control Wolfenstein Youngblood Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan Yakuza 3 Remaster Borderlands 3 MediEvil Concrete Genie The Outer Worlds Yakuza 4 Remaster Death Stranding Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order I really loved the story and characters in Yakuza 4 and it's probably my favourite story since Yakuza 0. I thought they wrote in the new characters with alot of care and each one had an interesting and compelling story. They could all have easily been in their own spin-off games in the franchise. Especially Akiyama the money lender who was as fascinating as Majima as a character in my opinion. I really enjoyed the combat too and once i'd adjusted to each of the fighting styles for each character it worked really well. I also liked how they played about with the verticality of the game too, creating new level layers on the roof, underground mall, car parks and sewer networks. It really gave the Kamurocho even more depth. I had a really weird issue in my first playthrough where there was really bad movement lag in my characters at specific points in the game. After the first playthrough it never happened again which was super odd. My only issue with this game was less about the game itself and more about the difficulty trophy, in that the Normal difficulty trophy didn't automatically unlock if you completed the game on Hard and Legendary. So if, like me, you started on hard, you would have to do a whole extra playthrough on Normal difficulty to get the trophy.

So I finished up Untitled Goose Game and Zero Time Dilemma. I enjoyed both the goose game was everything I expected it would be and was not disappointed. And now finally going through the whole of the zero escape series I still hold the first game 999 as my favorite mainly cause of how much I enjoyed the characters and the plot felt more self contained and restrained. And while Zero Time Dilemma’s plot goes in many many crazy directions I found it to be my second favorite due to the characters and the game play and flow chart system that made traversing so smooth. Virtues Last Reward isn’t bad I just didn’t find myself enjoying it as much the game over all just felt slower in pacing than the first and third game. And I personally just miss having a main character voice and personality over the silent protagonist type only response (I understand why they did it I just didn’t like it.).

After struggling with Dishonored DLC, I felt defeated and my motivation pretty much died, so I had to do something to bring it back from the land of the dead. I thought "screw it, I will pop this platinum today" and so I did. I liked the game enough that I will go for it again on PS4 but I dread the DLC trophies, they kind of remind me Dishonored DLC "Dunwall City Trials" where the difficulty was stupidly high just for the sake of it. Also. I made some progress in Lego Batman 3 despite some problems, I haven't played any LEGO game in like 15 years so it was difficult to re-adjust at first. Now I'm done with the Story and cleaning up collectibles in Free Mode. See you soon!
Popular Post StilRh
Weekend update: Working over Christmas and spending time with family took a lot of time. I managed to eventually get through Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales. I thought it was really good but dragged its feet a bit. By the end of the 3rd map I was looking for the fastest route through each zone without missing any collectables etc. I think the card game, army management layers were really well thought out and I enjoyed fielding different armies and finding good synergies. There were a few battles I had to repeat a few times but I don't think it was too hard with a good deck. Not sure what I'll play now, I want to finish any games I have physical versions of so I can sell off and downsize my game collection (a fair suitcase worth of games) and put pennies towards my next purchase - not that I'm poor just to help me focus on clearing games before buying new ones. Popular Post Crispy_Oglop
Time for another update as I push forward for the last stretch of my games to complete - this time with Platinum 130 - MediEvil. Control Wolfenstein Youngblood Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan Yakuza 3 Remaster Borderlands 3 MediEvil Tacoma The Outer Worlds Yakuza 4 Remaster Death Stranding Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order I have massively fond memories of MediEvil back when it originally got released, so it was a huge deal for me to replay the remaster of the same game. What I got was a really good looking remaster with the same tone as the original, but some pretty clunky bugs and performance issues. I'm still really happy to have played it and taken a nostalgia trip with it. If you are going to give it a try - get ready for some frustration with some of the water based levels. Edit: @MidnightDragon - I did a very very last minute switch out - removing Concrete Genie as it's gone back up in price and I lost my chance to get it in a sale. I've switched it out for Tacoma instead. Edited December 27, 2019 by Crispy_Oglop

The currency grind for a good half of the trophies on the other hand was rather tedious. I spent half of today with music on grinding for dosh and I'm glad it's over. I'll come back to it eventually to finish up the levels not related to trophies. I also accomplished my goal of finishing the year with at least 50% completion on my profile. I can't wait to immediately tank that in the new year, in the meantime I need to get back into Jak and Daxter. See you all in the new year. Popular Post Mesopithecus
1. Final Fantasy VIII - 09/28/2019 2. Graveyard Keeper - 0% 3. Yomawari: Midnight Shadows - 0% -> Vampyr - 0% 4. The Sims 4 - 10/21/2019 5. Revenant Saga - 12/18/2019 6. Persona 5 - 12/05/2019 7. Death end Re;Quest - 12/28/2019 8. Detroit: Become Human - 12/10/2019 9. God of War - 11/23/2019 10. Slime Rancher - 0% 11. What Remains of Edith Finch - 09/29/2019 12. Grand Kingdom - 09/25/2019 13. Cat Quest II - 11/09/2019 Swaps used: 5/5 Drops used: 0/2 Finished Death end re;Quest this evening, I feel like I've seen people talk so positively about this game but I was abit disappointed with it. The story was OK but I found it really slow going to get started, half of the characters were re-skins of Mary Skelter characters which made me just wish that the sequel was released on PS4 (stupid censorship) The dungeons were incredibly annoying and frustrating to navigate around at times, especially during chapter 6. I did enjoy the battle system though, even if it was a touch gimmicky. The Pain area was horrible and tedious, took me a while to slog through that this afternoon - reminded me a touch of the training floors on Omega Quintet, I swear even one of the enemies looked like the Arcadian Brute I also disliked how you had to beat the final boss 7 different times for the endings. The platinum image is pretty though. Using my last swap to change Yomawari: Midnight Shadows in favor of playing Vampyr instead, as I've been thinking about playing this for a while now.

I was honestly tempted to add more, but I decided to make a dent in some of my DLC backlog instead. Looking forward to February!

Popular Post MyNameIs_Rainman
I've had my own mental backlog list going I almost forgot that I was doing this challenge! Knocked out a few platinums I had progres in but they were much higher than what this challenge alloted. Happy for the progress, but I want to take care of this list as well. I had The Walking Dead platted a month ago but i forgot to update this post, and now I gotta keep a mental note, and take care of those spyro games or infamous next! School, the holidays and mentally preparing for the 2nd kid threw me for a loop so let's see if the beginning of 2020 can give me some platinum blessings. Game Sys. Start % Current % Comp.
