Romanus1 Posted August 4, 2019 Share Posted August 4, 2019 So I have always played on PS4 but as they added cross play figured I would add my account on my Xbox one x everything went fine on the game luanch screen my character is there under my pan name but when I click play it fails every time any idea how to fix this issue 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Crispy_Oglop Posted August 4, 2019 Share Posted August 4, 2019 I searched google using 'fortnite crossplay not working' and got a bunch of hits that you could use to troubleshoot your issue. There are loads of guides to make sure it is set up properly and a few threads on Reddit from people with a similar issue to you with solutions. Good luck!
