It happens every time with me. Hello, I know that this thread is more then one year old, but I just play this game and get exactly same problem... First hired help, I get 100% friendship and as soon as I give him the last treat game crashes and kick me out to console menu. I'll try rebuilding database maybe? Do you handled with this problem? UPDATE: Rebuliding database doesn't help... Trophy pops up, but still I have to take care od my farm myself...
