As a general rule, if the game doesn't say it's a Complete Edition of some kind, then you're out of luck, because the vast majority of PS Now games are completely vanilla and don't include any DLC. There are exceptions like RDR and TLOU which include the DLCs and don't specify they do but they're rare, thus it's safer to assume the DLCs aren't included.
