Has anyone had issues with All tower defense and armor set trophies?

I've beaten the game like 8 times now, completing the tower defense missions each time and this still wont unlock, the counter even goes backwards so I lose progress as I beat them.  I've also collected multiple full sets and that trophy won't unlock either.

 

I'm at the point now that the All tower defense perk challenge disappeared off of my list of challenges, its weird.

 

Edit: Got platinum, for some reason the damn tower mission trophy finally popped, after 9.5 playthroughs (wtf!).  Also, the armor set trophy, the dungeon keeper set does not count, you must farm a different set.  This is easily done on the second to last stage with all of the spiders, just turn on monster respawns and farm the 3 big named spiders.  You'll get 1 or 2 greens per run.

Tower defence must be completed flawlessly if I remember correctly maybe that was the case.
