Game is pretty cheap nowadays on eBay and Amazon. I’m not paying for it only to find I can’t do the invasions, which only need an internet connection. I've went through reading every single comment in this forum today and all I have to say is damn. What a legendary journey for all of you that made this even possible. Truly remarkably unbelievable. And I'm in awe when literally getting back into grinding this game hard around November of 2020. After reading a trophy guide about how to get all these trophies and then eventually stating that the Invasion trophies were unobtainable, I personally gave up entirely on that but still wanted to obtain all the other trophies as for my love of MK. I managed to get platinum back in 2016 for MK 9 shockingly and was really looking forward to getting this as well. All that's left for me in MK 11 is completing the last 125 towers I need. But that's whatever right now. I've literally thought to myself like no.. there's no way this invasion stuff isn't true. And I believe that the guide stated that the trophy was unobtainable referenced the very first outbreak of not working back on the infamous July 24th 2019 era. Not quite sure because I don't even see that anymore lol. The reason for invasions not working sometimes and then gets revived is beyond me of course. But I'm heavily interested in this situation. And my apologies for being this late to the party. I honestly feel that I've given high disrespect in doing so after the hard work everyone has put in. But it's just so funny how much research I've done here and there as to how invasions may still work and allowing me to have hope, checking every day like a lot of others, yet just now I find this treasure of a forum. To those who got it done during the past 2 years I give a lot of respect to with much love and honor. This may not seem like a big deal to you now but there's still some of us here trapped in this mess because of either false information or interest in other games. Waiting around definitely sucks. I had NO idea that the 14th of January was the last time an invasion occurred. And that was around the time I started checking for invasions. And I believe that might've been one of those days where I slipped up, getting caught in other projects that strayed me away from even bother checking. With the information I had at least, I definitely had hope especially for one of my close friends who I seen only needed the die will you trophy. He stopped grinding because of that despite just having fun and platinuming rainbow six siege. But I digress. Point is, some of us are still here and I'm one of them on board. I'm part of this sinking ship, wanting to help spread awareness to anyone who still needs these few trophies. We care now just as much as anyone else did back then. I was one of those that didn't think too much about the trophy description. Thought it was just a game mode we can freely play whenever. Not just that but I was like 3 years late on MKX because I was 4 years late on the ps4 tbh. Games move on pretty fast especially online. WWE games and other sports games are just ridiculous and idrc about them anymore. Never NFL and Fifa but the WWE games every damn year. Especially WWE 13 if anyone knows. I couldn't because it was bugged and randomly just resets your entire progress online. Anyhow. I really felt I needed to respond to this in 2021 and hopefully we can help out each other with anything in the future of gaming! I will be checking MKX every day for the Invasion to come. Let's hope AT THE VERY LEAST, it's just slowing down to once a month. This may be the final year for this at least. Because MK 11 is already gonna be 2 years old, turning MKX 6 this April. So we are lucky that any of this has occurred the past 2 years. But if anything, let's all try and help whoever needs this done. That's all I worry about who cares about it. Cuz I would feel terribly sorry for anyone not being able to platinum this game after the hard work involved already to get this far deep. If there's ever another invasion coming, is it possible to get every invasion-related trophy in a day? What about the other online trophies? I picked up the game by accident (playing on a friends consol not aware that my account was logged in) and recently started playing, aiming for the platinum of course so i would appreciate if the game mechanics would still work like intended (besides binding trophies to such inconsistent game content is stupid and only frustrating for people that like to complete their games and trophy-lists 100%) also where is the problem to keep the game and all of its content running as long as the servers are online The main problem with the invasion mode is that no one has a clue if it is really broken or not because the randomeness in it appearing makes it impossible to guess so why wouldnt you make a weekly event out of it every saturday (easiest thing in the world) logging in every day only to see "oh 3 weeks later still no invasion" that sucks big time!
