Veteran Logger/Miner clarification

Super duper, extremely late question regarding above mentioned trophies. 

 

But do you have to log/mine at 1000 individual trees/mining points, or can you log/mine multiple times at the same tree/mining point and will that count?

 

Like, each tree can be whacked about 3 or 4 times, and whacking the same tree that many times will count as such, if you know what I'm trying to get at?

i believe it's multiple times per tree, check achievements in game and see if it counts per point or per tree

You can do the same spot for all 1000 if you want, same as crafters you can just make the same thing over and over for those trophies.

 

Edit: misread your question, yes every hit on a node will count towards the 1000. So hitting one node four times will be 4/1000
