Missing two buildings

I am at a loss right now, trying to find two buildings and not knowing where they are.  The Cat Statue (which is not in the jungle, I've completed the area and even got what I need from the store, but nothing).  The other I think is the Apocalypse Apartments (it's an apocalypse person that wants something), and it's not where it says it is.  So really, I am at a loss for these two items and how to obtain them.

Since the 5 or so guides that I consulted about this game were all either incorrect or misleading, let me clarify so that this information is SOMEWHERE on the internet:

If you are missing required buildings like the Cat Statue, Luxury Apartments, or Apocalypse Apartments (any of the buildings that the 15 quest givers on Syspocalypstar want), you do NOT get them from shops or from other planets -- you get them from relics.

 

The quickest way to get them is to go to the gold bonus level (I forget its name -- the one with only 10 master bricks) and open tons of gold chests, and then open the Mega Relics that they drop. Repeat until you get the buildings you are missing (should only take one or two trips through the bonus level).
