Hey, you did what you can and that's all that we can ask for.

 

This has been by far the most successful year of the giveaway's existence, and it's you guys who make it that way. I saw a lot of faces, new and old, and I enjoyed seeing others get pumped for the event.  Having a good mix of people going all out and those just doing what they can too makes it fun to see everyone's totals. You just never know what you'll get!

 

Someone volunteered to do the drawings for me (who did not participate in the event) and as soon as the person is done, I will announce the winners and update the OP.

This sure was an interesting event (even if I didn't got 10% of what I did last year... Really crazy in my end... I not only didn't plat Blazblue Cross Tag during the event, as well as I didn't even plat it during the weekend.. Ya, that shows how much time I had for that.. Well, hopefully I should get the plat next weekend...). 

 

Anyway, really surprised at the total trophy count, as well as of how many trophies several people actually got!!

I just double-checked the amount of trophies that I earned from last year's event, and I was 3 trophies away from earning double the amount that I got from said year. Damn.

Lastly, I had an anonymous donor who gave me x2 $20 PSN cards, and it was really hard to figure out how to give them out. Do I just randomly pick 2 people? Do I give it to the 2 highest trophy whores in the event? Maybe draw them for anyone who earned a platinum, an ultra rare trophy, or got over the 100 mark? I decided to make this simple. Whoever, had the rarest trophy in the event AND was eligible for the drawing (created an account after 8/1/2019 on the site) got 1 of them and whoever had the most common trophy in the event got the other. Just a random fun fact that I thought was interesting so I decided to just do it this way. Lucky enough, 2 people who didn't have their names drawn!  The more winners, the better right? And if this happens next year, I'll just do something different to keep everyone on their toes. Lots of silly statistics that I can still pull from the depths of PSNP to decide who gets a random PSN card, right?

 

The person who had the rarest trophy of the day out of the eligible participants was @The_Snooze for earning a trophy that was 1.28% from Grand Kingdom. The person with the most common trophy was @PermaFox with Jack and Jill DX at 99.88%. This is all relative to what it was on 9/30 shortly after the event ended so I am not responsible if these trophies have gotten more or less rare since then so no complaining! (like seriously, we are giving away free stuff here. I didn't ask for an entry fee. ) 

 

Still waiting for Amazon to send me 2/4 of my cards so I will send them in a bit. Be patient. Thanks again everyone, and seriously, this has been awesome. I wish I could give everyone PSN cards for doing this with me! 

 

 

This has all been posted in the OP BTW. I also want to thank @eigen-space for choosing the names randomly for me. I remember the first year I got a complaint saying, "It was all fun, but my only complaint is that you didn't choose me to win." HA! I didn't choose anyone so take that!!! I believe in segregation of duties and this was the best way to do it. Don't get too upset though, there's always next year!

 

Anyways, I'll keep this open for a few weeks for feedback. If you want to leave your thoughts on the event or have any suggestions, leave them here or you can always PM me.

Yeah, I keep the final goal at 10,000 because my hopes in dreams are that we would get this event big enough to have so many people participate that it could really happen. Can you imagine that though? A community like us coming together to earn 10,000 trophies on a single day? That's just unbelievable.

 

I mean, don't get me wrong, 3,015 between 89 people who signed up is no joke either. especially when only about 60-something people actually earned a trophy!  I hope everyone comes back next year because this year was just spectacular!

I hope that next year things go more smoothly on my end, so that I can earn more trophies, like last year, and not something like this year..
