Authentic difficulty

I change to Authentic difficulty and then i played an online match with a random player.I won got the trophy for online win and then i played about 10 stages offline to see if i can beat the AI but no luck i was 6 sec. more.And then i remembered this glitch so i changed to easy and completed a stage.At results trophy unlocked.If i knew it was going to work i could avoid all these extra stages.But im happy i got it out of the way.

I can confirm that this glitch still works (07/04/2020):

1. Change difficulty in Settings to Authentic;
2. Go online and win one of the stages (I was not the host);
3. Return to Settings and change difficulty to Easy;
4. Choose Quick Play and win the staeg (I chose Finland - Harju);
5. Trophy unlocks after winning the stage.

A legitimate way to do this without it glitching that definitely works. 

 

Or A way to do this offline just so I can do it in my own time. 

 

I have won stage(s) on Authentic in Quick Play, and then tried completing other stages but not working. 

 

Is there a way outside of the online mode that definitely works? I'm fine winning the stage online and then doing a quick play stage if it works but I'd prefer an alternative, preferably very legitimate way.

Hi mate, can you say step for step what you did?

Gf and I have just tried it.

1. Options - Gameplay Settings - Difficulty - Authentic

2. Competition  - Online Multiplayer - Create Lobby (we've tried with her creating the lobby with me winning and myself creating the lobby and winning)

3. Options - Gameplay Settings - Difficulty - Easy

4. Solo - Quick Play - Win a stage

 

Nothing has popped.

 

Gf also created an Open Lobby with myself searching for an online game. I won that and then repeated Step 3 and 4.

 

Still nothing???

Try winning a stage in career mode. That's how it just popped for me a couple of minutes ago.

 

- Change difficulty in main menu to "authentic"

- I created my own multiplayer lobby and won the very first stage

- Then I just started career mode (was set to easy at start of season) without changing anything back in main menu

- Won very first stage in Monte Carlo and trophy popped

Just did this and started a new Season with it set to easy, won the stage and still nothing.... ffs

Got it!

 

Looked through other guides. It seems like you needed VISUAL DAMAGE ONLY. That was the only thing that I changed this time and it popped.

 

Online I did "Monte Carlo - Luceram"

Solo I did "Mexico Media Luna".

I set difficulty to Autentic in main menu

Created a Private Lobby, Damage - Only Visual.

Invited a friend, won 1 race.

Went to career, next calendar event was Historic Rally/Manufacturer/Extreme or rest. I chose Historic.

After the race gold trophy popped.

Race master seems completely random, I tried the method of doing an online race on authentic difficulty, then doing a quick race on easy and it wouldn't pop (and neither did the online trophy). I tried many different times with different stages, swapping hosts, etc and it just wouldn't work. A few days later I continued my career and race master popped after doing a career race on easy, the online trophy still won't pop for me though despite winning many online races...

I play WRC 8 with patch 1.07 on the PS5. Is this trophy still possible by glitch and if so, how?

 

How do I have to proceed exactly?
