Apex DLC Problem

Hello, i own the season pass for driveclub and when i download it i can play everything apart from 3 events on apex dlc i think, which require the corvette and the jaguar.  So this makes it impossible for me to achieve 100%. But the problem is i own the dlc and (redownloaded it just now) even when i "restore licences" i still don't have access to those 2 cars. There is the playstation purchase icon indicating that i do now own the car. But the dlc states that you get access to some cars including those. I really do not know what to do. Can anyone help me? I do not want to pay 25 euros (US store) just to get that trophy when i know i have already paid for the original eu game...

I just tweeted playstation with the following which describes my problem as good as i can:

"considering the game Driveclub, I own the season pass, and after downloading the game and all it's addons (if i go above the game, press information and view all downloaded addons i can see apex expansion pack) but out of all the cars • Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 CE • Jaguar C-X75 can not be used. To be specific, i can play and earn all stars and trophies from this map pack apart from the ones requiring the above cars. If i try to play the event something like (you need to purchase this content before using it). But the downloaded and installed content has apex expansion pack included. I have no idea what to do. I searched the internet and after a bit of searching i tried "restoring licences", deactivaitng from primary ps4 and reactivating it, restoring again licences, deleting all data which has to do with driveclub, reinstalling it. Creating a new account to see if anything changes. Nothing seems to work. I try to download the specific map pack again but i am not able to do so as i already have it installed. Only this dlc and only those 2 cars seem to have a problem which i cannot fix. I already contacted playstation sony (greece) but no further help or reply. Maybe it is possible to create a US account and buy the main game and apex dlc (around 25 dollars) and be able to play the game, but it is obvious that this would be sad considering i already own the game and the season pass. I am really hoping you can either find a solution to my problem or somehow give me access to the us content (even a few days of being able to play this dlc would be appreciated as i mostly want to earn all stars). Thank you very much and i really hope this problem gets solved as it has been bothering me for more than a month now."

I would prefer not to open my PS4 right now, so i searched and found them here:

-Lytton run, Apex Preadator, Snow Drift are the event names. You can see them if you pause at the 3rd second of the video above.

I just checked these events for you to see if there are any other available cars to select... there are not.
You need to do a few things now - go to your purchase history and take a screenshot of Driveclub Season Pass.  Next, contact PlayStation support via email and attach the screenshot (do not use Twitter or any other social media outlet). If they still don't reply after 5 working days, call the support team - they may charge a premium price I'm not sure, but it's your last option before going to the US store and purchasing everything all over again if all else fails. I'm really sorry, i have stopped playing for a while so i never checked the forum :/ . Well no i haven't solved it. What happened after some months is that i contacted playstation support via email and that keep telling me that they are working on it ...

Here is the importatnt information and what i keep getting as an asnwer:

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues accessing DriveClub.
 
From what you've told us, I think you'll be able to fix this issue by following the steps below:
 
1) RESTORE LICENSES
 
Go to Settings > Account Management, and select Restore Licenses.
 
If restoring licenses doesn't work, then please try the following:
 
2) ENTER SAFE MODE
 
  1. Turn off the PS4 by pressing the power button on the front panel. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off. Check that the power indicator is not lit. If the power indicator is lit up in orange, press and hold the power button on the PS4 system for at least seven seconds (until the system beeps a second time) and the power indicator turns off.
  2. Once the PS4 is off, press and hold the power button again for seven seconds. Release it after you've heard two beeps: one when you first press, and another seven seconds later. Your PS4 system should now be on Safe Mode. 
  3. Connect the DualShock 4 controller with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.
  4. With the PS4 in safe mode, you should see the screen below*, please select option [4 and then 5] which should fix the problem.
 
3) REDOWNLOAD THE GAME
 
If you are still having issues after this, then please reply to this email and we will investigate further.

Following the recent checks performed, it would seem that the entitlement for the Apex Expansion is missing on your account depsite you purchasing it on 07/09/2015.
 
I have now submitted a voucher request for the content in order to re-activate the missing license, however we cannot provide an ETA for when we will receive this voucher.

We are currently investigating the issue reported along with the relevant team, however we are approaching a festive season that will affect the time required for the investigation and therefore we will most likely obtain an outcome when all the different Teams involved will be back on track in January.

We apologise for the duration of the case, due to the Driveclub server closure the content had been made completely unavailable due to an error and it requires to be re-set-up on our Store in order be available for re-download.

Someone else who did not have the problem was willing to help me. I am still waiting for a reply from playstation and will continue to ask them until they resolve the problem. If you can't access something (apart from APEX DLC) i could help. (As far as i know you have to complete the missing part on the other player playstation so he should either be a close friend or you should trust him... )

Fair, it's just the Apex issue I'm having with those three events so hopefully support will fix it, thanks for contacting them. It's particularly annoying as had I realised before the delisting it would have almost certainly been an easy fix

Which is basically allowing you to access the account they have that has the complete game with all the DLC. That's the only way you're going to get any DLC you missed out on.

 

I should of saw this much sooner because I can't get the 100 percent in either DRIVECLUB or DRIVECLUB BIKES.

We have investigated this issue with both our voucher team and store team, unfortunately due to the game's expired licensing agreement we are unable to provide you with the missing content.
 
In this instance we will be happy to offer you either €-- credit in your account wallet, the equivalent of 50% of the price paid for the full game and season pass bundle, or to have the full purchase refunded, which would remove the license for the game.
 
Please confirm which you would like.
