So i don't know if a Thread like this existed already, if so, sorry, i checked the first 5 Pages and Nothing was there like this.

 

I'm writing this thread to make something where you guys (And me of course) could post your Anime or Manga collection! Post here too what you buy to make your collection Bigger and what you think about the Anime/Manga you got or what do you expect from it, this kind of stuff (Obviously for Reviews after there is the Last Read Manga/Watched Anime threads already)  We have a thread like this for Figures so it's time for the Anime/Manga collections since i think the other Thread is more talking about Anime Releated News than this 

 

Decided you if you wanna Keep your First post Update later or what that's up to you guys  IF you want me too i could just make a Big list in this first post too with the names and in the spoilers the collections.

PS: Uee Spoilers if possible or the Photos will occupy too much when opening the page.

 

So i'll start first of course!

That's all i have sadly, not much but i'm happy with it, i'm trying to get more and make it bigger, got K-On and Kiki this last weeks, gonna get some more movies and hopefully Full Series too, unfortunately, i have to get all the one i want from the UK bascially because here in Italy Slice of Lifes are like a utopia you'll never see.....

 

I have a Full Haruhi Dedicated Area too, i'm really proud of this

All the Number of the Mangas from 1 to 20 (Two number 1, one is a special edition Signed by the Author that the Italian Edition relased i think to celebrate the 10Th years of it!), The DVD Box of the First Season, the Collecto edition for the Ps3 game which include the game, a Poster, a Guidebook and something else i forgot And 4 Figures, 2 For Asahina, one for Nagato e 1 for Kyon's Little sister! I have Haruhi too but since she has too weak of a stand for the weight of the Figure most of times it just collapse, it already broke once because of that so for now i'll keep her aside sadly:

The Reason you did not find a thread like this is due it was in "off topic" and around 6 years old with most of pics posted gone(Can still see the last person to post's pics barely)

 

Used to have a way to get the pics I take with my PS Vita uploaded to Crunchyroll but my PC won't connect with my PS Vita anymore for some reason. so I can't show off my Anime/Manga/Light Novel Collection

Yeah last Post 2013, that's a lot of time ago How long did i had to go deep to find that; plus in Off Topic, strange it's specific themed for this being Media after all.

Found out that there was a way for me to get the pics I take up to PC

 

While not all of my Collection, here's at least the ones I took with a PS Vita some years before the PC started not connecting with my PS Vita

Taking them in Daylight makes better quality

while doing it in the night however, makes bad quality

 

We see how it fairs with a Phone.

I guess better  Sadly Vita didn't have that great of a Quality for photos, it was pretty good back in 2011 but not so good already in 2013.

My manga collection is very sparse lol, i've recently been wanting to start reading some more though, i'm thinking of picking up Spice and Wolf and Black Lagoon.

 

I currently have Carciphona books 1-3 and Ghost in the Shell

 

I did also just add these 2 manga comics to my collection.

Expanded a little more my Anime Collection with another Purchase :3

 

Got Lupin The Third Vs Detective Conan the movie! 

 

 

Saw this for a great price on Amazon (10 €) and so i decided right away to get it since i had to order other things anyway  

I Love both Lupin and Conan as Series so this Crossover i guess it's gonna be Awesome! Absolutely gonna watch it soon enough!

It's the regular edition of Astral Buddy Vol.1. it might be a region thing like how Japan and Norway had the same cover art for Dragon Ball while USA had "Z" added in the Vols 17 to 42.

I Think special editions is a Japan only... at least I never seen a special edition on Outland (The only norwegian comic store I know of) and Adlibris (A normal bookstore that only sells manga/light novels on their website)

I don't think Astral buddy arrived here in Italy at all, we just have the Main Index series (With N.19 out this week) and that's it for the series.

Oh. Like I more or less said. That's the original version of the Main Story, in other words The original Light Novel of A Certain Magical Index, which the Manga and Anime is a adaptation of, also like the Anime and unlike the Manga it has all Arcs (as Deep Blood Arc and Angel Fall Arc is not in the Manga)

Ah i see so it's not just the base Number 1 eidtion of the Manga that's why it's different! (A lot nicer) 

I should really try and dig into the Index word, i read i think number 1-2 of the Manga back 5 years ago and that's it

I set aside some time today to take all of my anime collection off the shelf and line them all up for photos. It took a while... I got 5 pictures out of it because I wanted to make sure the box art was visible on each one so I don't have to manually name them one by one.  I'm adding new anime to the collection all the time, so this will probably be outdated soon, but oh well.

A most impressive collection, good sir. Love that you have many of my personal favorites there, like Code Geass, Angel Beats!, Clannad, K-On, No Game No Life, and Oreimo to name a few. Very lovely indeed. Not going to lie. I wish I had something exactly, exactly like this. Any online places, in particular, you'd recommend getting anime from?

I highly recommend Right Stuf Anime. That's where I get 99% of the anime/manga that I buy. Been a regular customer of theirs for close to 20 years now.

Thaaaanks.  Honestly, I've bought most of my physical anime off Amazon over the years. Not very exciting, but it is what it is.  I've heard good things about Right Stuf Anime like @Alindawyl mentioned, but since it's an American site selling anime for that region, it wouldn't do me any good over here in Europe (damn you, region-locking! ). I have yet to hear about a good site that specialises in selling anime here in the UK/Europe.

Super thanks to both of you Someone had already recommended Right Stuff Anime to me in the past, so that will be the one to check for me next year. Amazon is cool too, but the fact they don't take PayPal kind of limits me, as that's the most surefire way for me to pay. Really looking forward to ensemble a small collection of the series I've enjoyed the most and deserve some form of support at least.

Been collecting anime and manga for about 30 years. I'd say my favorite items are all VHS, like Crying Freeman, Record of Lodoss War, Project A-Ko & Ninja Scroll.

Speaking about this, WOW O.o This is a SUGOI Impressive collection, it's amazing 

 

Sooo many Great Anime of every genre all in BD, man you are sooo lucky there in the UK all this anime arrives, over here Getting a nice slife of life like Kiniro is a Utopia   

 

I'm sooo jealous of some titles! I wish over here i could get Kiniro Mosaic, Chuunubyo, No Game No Life, Girls und Panzer, Persona and MOST OF ALL , Haruhi S2 and the Movie!!!

Do you have even a Manga collection or you just get mostly Anime (Which i would understand i'm more of an Anime Guy the Manga myself)? Becuas eif it's the case, if this is the Anime one, the Manga one should be awesome

Thaaaanks.  There are a lot of other anime Blu-rays/DVD's I would like to own, but many of them are only available in North America (English versions). Region-locking sucks...  Still, I'm glad I managed to acquire as much as I have.

 

I'm ashamed to say it, but I don't have a physical manga collection, so you've got that advantage over me at least.  I mostly just stick to anime, although I do read the odd doujin every now and then. A man of culture I am.

Yeah i totally get you tehre, so many great series i would love too and that are only American, maybe PS5 will ahve even a Region Free BD Player, i doubt but it would be awesome, the actual one now are so expansive it's ridicolous in almost 2020  

Still you get sooo many there in the UK it's nice Here Aside movies, for series you don't see that many, at least not that i'm interested in. I only want Kill La Kill for examplefrom recent ones that came out here, other one are Boku no hero Academia, AoT or One Punch Man all Anime i really don't care to have (Or Watch honestly aside Academia). So trust me you are a lot better than here with the Anime situation!
